Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

In our place you will feel comfortable right away. Retro style with modern amenities. Many windows are lightening up the room. Everything is at easy access - inside as well as interesting surroundings. Our beloved old Fiat Ducato was part of many journeys and welcomes everyone with a smile.

Motorhome atmosphere, Therme Erding

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this special cozy accommodation as well as the opportunity to go directly to the Therme Erding with the bathrobe. On a motorhome pitch (pitch costs are included) with additional outdoor toilets and shower facilities, you are secured. Start the sunrise with a breakfast outside or inside and pick up the rolls from the nearby bakery. In the evening, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or beer.

Our beautiful accommodation offers a cozy home for relaxing and carefree days. 2 people will find everything necessary for a break in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen, a small, fine bathroom and an electric oven with a fireplace for cozy evenings. Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

This fully renovated apartment is in great condition. It is located on the top floor of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests.

Now brand new: you can use our sauna! Have you been looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay? Close to the mountains, lakes or just to relax and start the day in the countryside? Then our lovingly called "BrumBrum" is just the right place for you. Summer and winter you can enjoy our little paradise. We are also happy to welcome young families. There is also space for three in the large bed.
