Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Upper Bavaria

We were a family with two toddlers and 4 adults, the attic apartment had rented everything very uncomplicated. Was freshly cleaned. Downstairs we were welcomed, as the room was not quite ready yet, we got something to drink in the in-house beer garden very friendly host! The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and there was also a high chair. The house was right near the banhof, which by no means bothered us. A small minus point is that the few kitchen inventory for a longer stay is simply too little for so many people. Nevertheless, a completely successful apartment ! Will be happy to book again if needed! Deshaln like 5/5 stars!

Easy check in with lock box. Peter called in the next morning and explained everything including local tax and bus pass, which we used a lot. Walking distance to the castles, about 2km. Local information office just across the road. Reliable bus service to Fussen, 5km away. Supermarkets minutes away. Great location overall. We hardly used our car. Gondola also very close and well worth doing, especially one way and walking back down. Day trip by car to Linderhof castle also well worth it. Thanks Peter and Stefan.

We will gladly book the place again as we are in the area once a year! The apartment is very cozy, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! The view of the pond is as described beautiful and also with our dog we could go for a wonderful walk here.

Review for One Bavaria Homes in Munich I recently stayed at One Bavaria Homes in Munich and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing, spot on in terms of accuracy. The location is fantastic! It’s just three stops by metro from Marienplatz, or about a 20-minute walk if you prefer to explore the city on foot. Supermarkets are either in the same building or located very close by, which made it easy to stock up on essentials. The host was excellent—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout my visit, making the process seamless from check-in to check-out. The only minor downside was that the heating didn’t seem warm enough, even when set to maximum, which was noticeable given the chilly weather. However, this didn’t detract too much from my stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visit

We had a great stay! Unfortunately didn’t get to meet Ulrike, but everything else was clean, well prepared and the decor stylish. We would have loved to stay longer. Nice and close to the airport as well

Natalia hosted my family when they had to be in the area to visit a very sick family member in hospital. She was incredibly kind and communicative. She went out of her way to be helpful to ensure the booking and arrival went smoothly. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and had all the essentials. My family felt right at home there. I am very happy to recommend this accommodation and if they were ever in the area again, we’d use this place.

First, location!📍 Tim’s place in Pasing is conveniently located 4 stops away from the centre. Also, due to the constant works on the tracks, at times I had to use the regional train from Hbf to Pasing (with no stops in between - hence to my advantage). The apartment is only a 10-mins walk from the station, through a pedestrian-friendly arcade, near to many shops & supermarkets. 🛒 Tim is a very responsive host! 🤗 I kept him updated on my arrival, and he was very flexible with it. He was there to receive us on the first day to hand us the key. During the stay, he was also communicative & helpful ☺️ The apartment is super clean, modern & organised 🏠🪴 The apartment is spotless. Kitchen is absolutely well-equipped with all the cookware. The large bed is very comfortable & I slept very well. In the day, it receives a lot of sunlight. The heater kept us very warm - even my clothes could dry overnight. Honestly, it looks prettier in person. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot, Tim!

Very pretty and spacious apartment, very nice and newly furnished, with very well-equipped kitchen incl. Fully automatic, dishwasher and oven, and beautiful living room where you can also spend time as a group. Bathroom also very large, modern, nice and clean. Beds also comfortable. We would stay there again anytime, also suitable for larger groups.

Everything was great, the apartment was as described and close to the main train station.

What a sweet, spacious room for a last minute stay! The location was close to the airport, convenient for my early am flight. Astrid checked in with me before arrival, was flexible with my arrival time, and greeted me right away. The room was quiet and comfortable. Astrid was very kind to me during a difficult personal moment as well. The amenities were useful to me. I'd absolutely stay here again for a longer stay.

Alex and especially his son are very friendly and supportive, he pick me up at the bus station and drive me to home, help with my luggages, also drive me to the supermarket and wait for me to buy groceries. Alex responsed all my requests at fast time. The room is very clean and private. I had a great stay at Alex’s accommodation.

Heide is an excellent host, she takes well care of her guests. Except many other offerings that rent out rented apartments/rooms, you live in her own flat - the original idea of Airbnb. Loved the fresh coffee in the morning and the interesting chats we had. Being a Munich local, her recommendations were accurate and helpful. I will stay in her flat again during the next weeks and I am looking forward to that. Thank you Heide for being a lovely person and an outstanding host!! ☺️🥰
