Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

Living between mountains & lakes

You are staying on a former Bauernhof. My apartment is ideal for two persons, traveling alone, business travelers and furry friends (pets). Located between Salzburg and Munich, an ideal starting point. From Prien by train 1 hour to Munich or Salzburg. 3 km to Lake Chiemsee and 6 km to Eggstätter Seenplatte. From the house there is a hiking trail to Ratzinger Höhe. There you will be rewarded with an incredible view of Lake Chiemsee and the Pre-Alps.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our accommodation is located between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. You'll love our place because of the absolute tranquility at the end of a dead end road. Marktschellenberg is ideally located as a starting point for hikes, but also for cultural events in Salzburg. And the garden and sauna (for a fee of 40 euros) have high relaxation value.
