Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Unterwössen

The house is exactly what our group of 14 people needed for our reunion. It was clean, had enough space, the kitchen was well equipped (it even had coffee enough for both days for all of us), beds were comfortable and the heated floors was a nice bonus. The communication with Alrike was always easy. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is stunningly beautiful. We were blown away by the house upon arriva and by how welcoming our hosts (Chris and Birgit) were. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and only 30 minutes from Munich centre, with the S-Bahn being located 1 minute away. Hohenbrunn is a great village with a superb local butchers, a bakery, and a farmshop (which can accommodate all your grocery needs). Definitely worth a visit to nearby Ayinger Bräustüberl too. For us and our ski vacation it was the perfect home. Private, cozy and welcoming. Dining by the fire in the evenings after a long day on the slopes. Really wonderful! Thank you Robert and Carina!

A cozy holiday home with a nice lawn in front of the door, a trampoline for the little ones, about half an hour away from Salzburg, and very recommendable.

Roman is a perfect host! He was waiting us even knowing that our plain was very late and personally showed us a house, explained everything. The house is in an excellent beautiful place with a view to the mountain. Salzburg is easily reaching from this location. The house was very warm and homely with a great sleep. The next time we’ll stay only there! 👍

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Great place with great landlords. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space in the house, easy access to the garden, direct parking in front of the house and many places within walking distance. Definitely a great place to spend an eventful time with his children. I'd love to come back :-)

We had an amazing stay in Alpendorf! Communication with our hosts, Fabbrizio and Stefan, was very easy and pleasant. They always responded fast. They were very accommodating and even organized a baby bed for us on short notice. Checkin at the reception was easy and welcoming. The apartment is modern, cozy and inviting. It is also very spacious. As a group of five adults and one small child, we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The sauna and swimming pool were great and we were lucky to have them mostly for ourselves. Everything was very clean. The location is excellent. The cable car up the mountain is within walking distance, and St. Johann, the spectacular Liechtenstein Klamm, and Wagrain are also close by. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend Fabbrizio and Stefan as hosts and their apartment for its great value for money.

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment! The location is perfect - quiet but still close to all the main attractions and amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cozy. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The stay at Vera's place was very nice. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and has a good connection to downtown. The communication with Vera was very friendly and she went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Belinda’s place is cosy and conveniently located near amenities in a beautiful town, with a charming Christmas market just around the corner, adding a magical touch.

Edith & Helmut's place is a perfect location for experiencing Salzburg Alstadt. It is a short walk to all the key spots yet nestled in a peaceful, quite, largely carfree location

My sister and I had a very nice stay at Anna's place during the Biathlon World Cup weekend. We were greeted with homemade cookies and Anna answered all our questions about the area and cross-country skiing possibilities superbly. We felt right at home in the apartment and would be happy to come back :)

We had a lovely stay in Munich. Lemlem was extremely helpful and responsive. It was really nice meeting her during our check in. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. The location was also great - it was very easy to walk to the city center. The S bahn station was very close, as well. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back in the future.

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!

Laura and Stefan are lovely hosts - really proactive in checking that we had everything that we needed and were ok. Great location - accepting that it was out of town. Timing the trains right it was around 25 mins from the house down to Marienplatz and an hour from the airport. Lovely spacious house in a residential area so really quiet. The supermarket 300m away and also just two mins from the station was also really useful. Only suggested improvements would be ; Bigger bath towels. The ones in the double bedrooms were really small and no chance they’d go round even the slimmest of us!! 😂 Also a house manual would be handy so you don’t constantly Bother the hosts eg heating, coffee machine, tv (never did manage to get it working) Really small things though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased and really enjoyed the time as a family. Carolyn even provided information about excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable and would be back.
