Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
