Monthly Rentals in University Park

Stayed for 3 months with my wife and enjoyed every bit of it. Very quiet area/neighbors. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. We used the pool only once but it was a nice way to cool off from the prolonged heat of Dallas. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. The balcony receives plenty of light throughout the day. We didn’t use our assigned parking spot, as street parking was more convenient for us. We never experienced any negative from parking in the street. I worked remotely and never had any issues with the Internet. Any questions or concerns that we had about the unit, Innis would handle personally and quickly. If we ever visit Dallas again, we would choose this location again without a doubt. 5/5!

What a great place! The location was in a very nice area, close to restaurants and a grocery store. The guesthouse was easy to find, and secure access. The place was very very clean, and the kitchen area was spotless. The place was so enjoyable and cozy. For our future Dallas trips, we'll definitely stay at Gia's place!

Valarie’s place exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely cozy place, we felt right at home. The place is close to a lot of great restaurants, grocery stores, and even target. All within a walking distance which is a plus if you’re in town without a car. Valarie has been a great host! Very kind and friendly. Takes care of the place well. Thank you having us.

Great place, great location, and Gretchen was very responsive to my questions and was always available to help me solve any issues I had. She was very welcoming and I would absolutely stay at a place hosted by her again!
