Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in University Park

This was the perfect place for me and my husband's work trip. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well stocked with lots of accessories. Stella, the host was wonderful and responsive and even allowed us to have a later check out since the place was not booked. The pool looked amazing and we would love to book again when the weather is warmer. Lots of good restaurants and shopping very close by.

Fantastic stay, great location. check in was a breeze, garaged parking space downtown within walking distance of so much. hosts were super responsive and friendly.

Best stay I’ve had on Airbnb in a long time. If you’re in the Dallas area and are lucky enough to stay with Erik I highly recommend. Very responsive and an all around gentleman. Will do business again!

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

We really enjoyed our stay, Ron has was very helpful and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location was very close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dallas.

This place was great—exactly what I needed! Reading previous reviews, I was worried I would feel unsafe in a more “industrial” zone, but I would say it’s in an area that feels sketchy but actually isn’t. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and I felt free to go on walks in the evenings. Gerhard was a wonderful host—so accommodating, gracious, and responsive. He even dropped off a package for me when it went to the mailbox instead of the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

Quiet neighborhood, TV in every bedroom, very easy access (love the combo lock), would definitely return on my next trip to Dallas area.

Very beautiful restful place. So close to UTD and 75. House was pristine and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of squirrels, rabbits and birds in the backyard and everything was quiet in the neighborhood. Carissa is a super hostess and quick to respond to any messages. All in all it was a perfect week!

I had a group staying with me at the house and it was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kitchen was so spacious we had plenty of room to cook for everyone! If you have a large family, this house is perfect for your stay. 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for the 4 of us to have a place to relax and have our own beds for girls weekend. clean, and updated appliances added.

This is a great central location. Very close to DFW and in between our family and friends spread across Dallas and Ft Worth.

Absolutely loved staying at Ajen's place. It was a last minute booking and his response was extremely quick and helpful. The residence was very clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings, a beautiful view, and very close to stores and restaurants.
