We loved staying at Familia House! Everyone was very welcoming and nice! The place was also incredible for our family of four! This was our first time in Diani and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Beach is less than 10 min walk away. They also have amazing dogs Mikki and Lala!😭❤️❤️ The chef was also amazing!! 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back again in future!

Waterside villa was an utterly relaxing, beautiful, huge villa with so many out door spaces to sit and get hypnotised by the ocean. So much nature, monkeys, frogs, birds, bats, beautiful trees and garden with the ocean at the bottom, it couldn't have been better. The generous pool was the icing on the cake and our boys loved playing in it and so did we! The team of Daniel, Mildred and Martin did a fantastic job of looking after us and cooked us 3 meals a day. It really was an incredible relaxing holiday and we were all totally spoilt. Highly recommend and already planning our next trip!

We had a great time at Villa Shaanti! Perfect for our getaway. Communication with Torunn was easy and She was accommodating to our needs. The staff was great and very helpful and on hand to help with what was needed. Torunn also recommended a great Chef! I'm glad we took this option. I highly recommend Villa Shaanti!

We are absolutely impressed with the accommodation! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the chef spoiled us with exceptional dishes – every food was a real highlight. Thanks to the warm care, we felt safe and well cared for the entire time. The private pool and direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach are special benefits. The somewhat remote location also creates an idyllic and pristine atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit!

African house is beautiful with a well kept large garden and pool. It Is very clean with diffent animal themed bed rooms. located in a central location that makes it easy to access the beach, shops and restaurants. Dog friendly too meaning we took our pet with us. The staff are really friendly and very proactive. The host is very responsive and helpful. I have already recommended it to my family and Friends for their Christmas holidays.

Beautiful and large house, garden, and beach. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, in-house chef made delicious food, the beach was basically private and the owners communicated well with us. The location is fairly remote but even without our own transport, we were able to take a taxi to diani without a problem. The beach itself is fairly shallow so massive swims are not really an option but snorkeling works and it is still very beautiful. Would come here again any day. Thank you team!

Our stay at this stunning beachfront villa was absolutely magical! The spacious villa comfortably accommodated our family of eight, with breathtaking panoramic views of the private beach just steps away. The serene setting, complemented by frequent visits from friendly furry friends, made it the ultimate getaway. Matthias was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing all our questions and ensuring our stay was seamless. A special shoutout to Purity and Alex, whose exceptional care and mouthwatering meals elevated our experience. Dining on the deck was a highlight, creating unforgettable moments for our family. We’re already counting down to our next visit—this slice of paradise is truly unforgettable!

Great Place!! We really enjoyed our stay at Shalom. It was just what our family needed. Quiet and serene, close to the beach and other family friendly activities. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of restaurants nearby. Place was clean and caretakers were responsive. We felt right at home.

The house is beautifully presented with 4 enormous double bedrooms, two with equally enormous balconies. The pictures do not do the property justice. Mzuri House is part of a well run little complex. Security is ever present and you feel perfectly at ease at all times. The house feels very private and is 20M from the quieter Galu Beach, an extension of Diani beach. Sails and Salty Squid restaurants are excellent and only 100M. However the main attractions at Mzuri House are Liz the housekeeper and Shee the chef. Both were amazing hosts. Liz will communicate with before you arrive. She will arrange everything for you from airport pick-ups to restaurant bookings as well as keep the house spotless. Shee the chef prepares delicious breakfasts and lunch and / or dinner. All meals were extraordinary local dishes that our usually difficult to please 3 kids devoured! We can not recommend Mzuri House enough and in particular Liz and Shee.

Our experience in Kiko’s place in Diani was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional accommodation we had. The house was not only beautiful and serene but also spotless throughout our stay. It provided the perfect environment for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We particularly enjoyed the ready-to-use pool, which became a favorite spot for everyone. A standout aspect of our stay was the exquisite meals we had. The chef prepared amazing meals that delighted us every day. Each dish was flavorful, well-presented, and made with care—a true highlight of our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa Masai. The villa is really spacious and just like in the pictures. There are tons of dining options nearby and the beach is at walking distance. Dickson, the manager, was always available and has been very helpful during our stay. He made sure all our needs were covered. Lucy kept the Villa clean and tidy. Thank you so much Dickson, and all the staff, for making our stay so great.

A home away from home! The villa is spotless and peaceful.  Leonard and his staff are very accommodating and helpful.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home.  Staff took care of all the domestic needs and helped with finding rides and all other queries. We will definitely keep coming back.

Amazing stay. Beautiful place. The included cook and maid were absolutely fantastisk. We wanted to go out and eat but quality of the food made us both stay in and convinced us to prolong our stay! The beach is lovely but as in all of Diani big difference in the tide. At high tide the beach is almost gode and the wawes are great for boogieboarding. At lov tide there is beautiful snorkling and reefwalking. If the Wales are too much at high tide then the pool is lovely and tranquil. The supermarked is a short walking or tuktuk distance but the staff did all our shopping as well as advicing on activities to do and Who to contact. All together top rating from us!

Sean’s beautiful home was a wonderful, comfortable, and clean place for our month-long stay. It had all the amenities we needed to cook and eat at home as well as plenty of towels for both bath and using the swimming pool. Sean provided a cleaning service and the woman who came twice a week did a fantastic job. She was friendly and helpful. The grounds were impeccably kept the pool was refreshing and clean. In fact all the staff were wonderful and even helped us get fresh fish delivered to the house. Access to the supermarket was easy, we walked the 500 meters or so and always felt safe. Getting to the beach is a quick walk across the main road and down a dirt road about 5 minutes. Sean was always available to troubleshoot any small issues we had (needing more drinking water, the occasional power outages which were no fault of his or the home, etc.) and we were grateful to him for his local suggestions and knowledge of Diani (and the yoga mat!) I highly recommend staying here.

We spend 6 nights at the beautiful garden villa and we had a great time. It was amazing to be so close to nature - and everything that goes with it. We had some incidents where monkeys came in and stole our groceries from the fridge. We solved the problem by putting a chair in front, and then there was no more steeling. We could only laugh at it, and it just made our visit more authentic. But a quick fix could be to put some simple children locks on the fridge. The villa is located a 10 minute walk from Chandarana (grocery store) and it had direct access to the beach, where sun-beds were provided so beach sellers would not disturb you. The staff were amazing and very kind. So a big thank you to Sylvia, Freda, mama Hawa Abdahllah, David, Daniel, Hassan, and everybody else for making us feel welcome, save, and looked after.

Silvio is an A++++ host, and his villa is just as top-notch! The staff is fantastic, always ready to help, and the check-in and check-out flexibility is a huge bonus. Plus, who doesn't love complimentary laundry service? The Villa is exactly as described, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Diani, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

The pictures of the villa don’t do it justice! It’s so much more beautiful in person. We spent our first day lounging and swimming- it’s the perfect relaxation spot. It’s also walking distance to the nearby beach. The monkeys are not really a problem if you use the slingshot which is provided. The entire staff was very hospitable and kind. The kids loved the pool, we’d come back there and stay longer.
