You can enjoy the hotel pool and gym, sunbeds and beach access at no extra cost! You can purchase food and drinks at the hotel at your convenience. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. A/C is optional at an extra charge payable on-site. We do not include this in the pricing because majority of our guests do not need AC and appreciate the opportunity to pay a lower price.

Wow, what an amazing holiday! Tim was fantastic in helping us to decide whether his villa was right for us prior to booking. He also put us in touch with his local 'fixer' who helped us to book train tickets, trips and transport all at very reasonable and competitive prices. The villa is fabulous. We were spoilt for space as a family of 4 and didn't actually end up using the cottage as there was ample space in the main house. The house is furnished traditionally and we felt a million miles from home which is just what we wanted. The pool was the real highlight for us! The villa is staffed which was a new experience for us but we were quickly made to feel very comfortable. The chefs food is incredible. The housekeeper is lovely and she works tirelessly to keep everything spotless. The gardener/pool guy was a real star and we enjoyed having a laugh with him. We didn't see much of night security but we always felt extremely safe and appreciated him. 10/10 from start to finish

We were there as a group of 11 people (family and friends)to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had an amazing time. We felt we were in paradise. Amazing staff from chef Omar, Hemedi, and Abel our pool/security guy 🤣🤣. We were met with smiles every morning. Chef Omar didnt mind us invading his kitchen and cooking with him. The house is beautiful and the pool was the cherry on the cake. The beach is really 5 mins on foot. All you need can be done by hoping on a tuktuk or motorbike (that can be taken right outside the villa) and they will take you anywhere. Joris was amazing always available and ready to answer all our questions and take care of our requests. Thank you again for the wonderful memories. Hakuna matata

Amazing experience, we loved staying in Mikhail's house! You can feel and see the care put in every detail, both in the house and in the garden. The surrounding is peaceful while still being in the heart of Diani town with access to all main shops and restaurants. The compound has also a direct private access to the beach, well secured. The swimming pools are clean and great when travelling with children, sunbeds are comfortable and practical, and in the garden there are external showers and a bar space. The terrace is very cosy and perfect to spend quality time all together. The house is beautiful, with very spacious rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, very clean and with all the necessary space for your things. Esther, the lady managing the day-by-day stay, is very responsive and helpful in case of anything. We enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return. Totally recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures, which was such a relief. The property itself was quiet, well-maintained, had a groundsman, and was stocked with all the simple essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is unbeatable—just a few minutes walk to the beach with private access, which felt like such a luxury. The community is secure with 24-hour security, providing great peace of mind, and it’s conveniently located just minutes from Ukunda Airport. Shopping centers and social activities are also close by, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. There was a small misunderstanding about the guest policy during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The host was incredibly pleasant and extremely communicative throughout the entire stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. He even provided a list of activities and suggested very helpful restaurants. I would stay here again!!

We enjoyed the stay minus couple hiccups. But Rocky was a call away to fix the issues within a reasonable time. The AirBnb vibe was just as gorgeous as pictures, comfortable bed, couch, nice showers. Rocky went above and beyond than any other host has ever done. Which left us feeling a safer, and comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine especially after a couple weeks of travel. Also loved that we were away from the hub of everything, hence choosing this location for couple days. It can be a little tricky to find with a driver, but if you are good with navigating that helps.. was nice with Rocky to navigate with other drivers. The only hiccups were the power had gone off twice which left the place extremely hot, and the one room didn’t get nearly as cold as I preferred. Last hiccup was misunderstanding in currency for an excursion, kind of important to make sure that details as such doesn’t come as a last minute surprise. Overall we were grateful for Rocky’s efforts

The place look’s way better than the photos. The place has a private pool which is clean and one can spend there free time there. Kevin was very welcoming and was easy to reach. Also, Paul was very helpful with recommending places to go visit. The chef who is available upon request cooks amazing Swahili dishes I totally commend her for her sweet dishes. There is also a backup generator in case lights go out, so that’s a plus with this place. Had an amazing time Kevin! Thanks you.
