The house is lovely.. in a typical local spirit,with great furnishing and interior. And the garden and view were lovely. The rooms were large, spacious.. everything was very clean. The hosts were kind and helpful.. We were overwhelmed with a burning fireplace,which added even more to the coziness of the house. I would recommend this accommodation !

Jia’s place was great for our group of 8 adults. The umbrellas saved us in the rainy spring weather! The bedrooms were comfortable and nice to have lots of bathrooms. We enjoyed the dining space and backyard area. The host met us at check in to show us around which was very kind and helpful. The location was great and very walkable to all things Florence :)

I had a wonderful stay at this house and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! The house was exactly as described, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The host was exceptional! Kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information we needed, responding quickly to all our questions. Upon arrival, he also left us a welcome thought for breakfast the next day, a detail I really appreciated. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming place, well connected to the rest of the city and above all managed by an available and kind host.

The house definitely worth more than the price. Kitchen is fully furnished, bathrooms are clean and the bedrooms are quite good. Highly recommended for the ones who travel with their own car. Otherwise, public transportation may be a little inconvenient but still possible. Moreno is a cool person and the garten of the house and the views from the windows are extremely nice.

The owners, Paola and Daniele, are very kind and helpful and ready to give advice. The accommodation is cozy and with all the necessary comforts, it is located in a quiet area but not too far from Lucca and the railway station that are easily accessible both on foot and by car.

We spent (2 adults and a dog) a week in Claudio and Rita's place at the turn of the year. We found the house extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay even for more days. The owners were very kind and hospitable, leaving us pleasant and super welcome gifts. Claudio was also very helpful on a couple of occasions when we contacted him. The only thing to keep in mind, if you stay in the winter months, but that did not affect the pleasantness of the stay, is that the heating is with split units and not through radiators so in cold periods the heat of the house could be a little uneven but still sufficient leaving the split units on. Claudio and Rita are very attentive to details and hospitality. Upon our arrival we found bowls, a mat and pillow for the dog, definitely a nice surprise :-). A real pet-friendly house!

Had the perfect stay for my trip to the equestrian center in Arezzo. Parking was available but sometimes need to look for it during busier times. Coffee shop and supermarket in close proximity. Enjoyed my stay very much.

A remarkable and super warm welcome, matching this incredible apartment. Excellent equipment and furniture. Privacy ensured thanks to the space on both levels. Quiet in the historic center with a nice wooded view from the terrace. Just fantastic!

Nice stay, location is perfect, clean

Me and my friend were at a tango event in San Pietro Terme. It was a super nice trip. Everything that we needed was in the apartment and it felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The host was helpful and we are very happy with everything.

We returned to Tania's place for Christmas again this year because our children really loved the location of this small town, high in the hills, the cozy house and bedrooms. We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to nearby Massa Marittima 13 km away with lots of choices of restaurants, a pretty town to visit and the kids enjoyed skating in its ice rink. There are lots of other places to discover Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, just to name a few. Thank you Tania and Tiziana for making our stay special again!

Wow... where should we start? Our hosts were so very thoughtful and took great care to make sure our stay was so so comfortable. We were greeted by our hosts and presented with fresh eggs, milk and bread. They gave us the grand tour and made sure we felt right at home. This apartment had ALL the amenities and was so spacious and cozy. So much thought and care went into the layout and amenities. Our hosts had a great guest handbook and gave excellent recommendations. They also kept us supplied with coffee which was such a kind gesture. We all loved spending time in our beautiful Airbnb. Time spent in the heated pool was such a relaxing treat. We also LOVED the hike right from the house through the woods to Sorano. The ancient caves and nature walk was such a great experience! This quiant town was very quiet and beautiful. We loved all of the day trip opportunities from here. By far our favorite stay in Italy so far. Grazi mille to Andrea and Charlyn!!

Good morning everyone. We stayed two nights in this house. Once we arrived on site we found Mrs. Anna (owner) who welcomed us with great kindness, and recommended places to visit. In the house we found snacks for breakfast for two days (3 people) also a gift a bottle of wine and a dove (Easter period). The house is very, very clean, just as in the description. The house has everything you need. We felt right at home. Thank you for your welcome. See you next time.

Federica was very helpful right from the start. Her house is very welcoming and clean. We found everything we needed, pasta, salt, oil, coffee, tea and snacks for breakfast. Nothing was missing in the bathroom, everything was impeccable. We booked this house to go to Mirabilandia, which is about 7 kilometers away, so the location is strategic. I highly recommend it.

The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery. Great for spending two or three days with family or friends, away from city traffic! The spaces were clean and tidy, fantastic the possibility of grilling in the garden, 😊 in the surrounding area there are several small villages to visit, the one that deserves the most is Serravalle Castle.

Lovely townhouse on a quiet edge of Marina di Massa. Via a side exit from the property right on the river to the sea, via a beautiful path. Very friendly landlady with good tips at all times. Price/performance top.

David and Roberta are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was easy to find, thanks to their clear directions. We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

We had a very good stay in Filippo's big and nice townhouse located in a quiet area. We spent 11 nights in September here with our 1.5 year old son. We enjoyed being able to eat our meals on the patio and have access to both dishwasher and washing machine during our stay. We also got to borrow a high chair. The accommodation has good kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and two fresh modern bathrooms. It takes around 5 min to walk to the beach and as long to a small grocery store as well as around 20-25 min into the city center. Filippo was always responded promptly and helpfully to our queries by email.
