Delightful country house located along the banks of the river perfect for a relaxing stay. Well-decorated house, with attention to detail and with much appreciated touches such as the scent of essential oils, the many candles that made the space even more welcoming and the beautiful fireplace you can light with the wood you will find in the house. And a well-equipped and clean home. I recommend following the signs from Lisa and not Google Maps as she sent me elsewhere, while her instructions are very specific. Finally, Lisa is a very welcoming host and communication with her is simple and fast. We'll be back!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Rocca di Montorsoli! We stayed at the beautiful appartment a little further down the hill where you enjoy a great view across the olive trees and the valley - you can even see as far as the sea - and a great sunset. The place has everything we were looking for: a well equipped kitchen, enough space for exercise and hanging out, a well functioning bathroom and a cosy bedroom. A plus is the swimming pool which you share with the owners and other guests (max. 8 people in total), so you can enjoy a swim and chat with other Urlauber:innen or just enjoy the view across the Tuscan hills. There are also four super sweet dogs who would always like a cuddle. The location of Roberto's and Giuseppe's place is perfect for visits to the coast, beaches, and Etruscan sites in Tuscany. The communication with Giuseppe was always smooth and quick and he had a lot of good tips for things to do in the area :-) we lool forward to be back!

Beautiful house nestled in the woods! The photos don't do justice, the interiors are much nicer, all made of wood, it looks like a chalet. Ski facilities 5 minutes away.

We had the best holidays ever because of Mariaclotilde and Nihat, who created a place which is so lovely and peacefull and they make you feel like coming home 🥰 The house is a wonderfull place to calm down, enjoy the perfect pool, just relax and then start to all the beautifull things to visit around. We will definitely come back ❤️🇮🇹😘

Accommodation with a beautiful view, a base for touring the surroundings of the Elbe. Very quiet area, a stone's throw from Capoliveri, where in case there are places and restaurants. We had a great time, everything was exactly as we expected it to be.

We felt absolutely comfortable in Lucrezia's house and spent very relaxed Christmas days here. Our dog Alma also had her fun in the generously fenced garden. For us, the heated pool was a highlight. Communication with Lucrezia was very pleasant and friendly, although unfortunately we didn't meet her in person. All in all, we highly recommend the property.

Pierluigi and his wife welcomed us to their lovely cottage. We loved spending time in the small garden as well as on the very nice terrace as well. The kitchen was functional and the bathroom was functional as well. Room spacious enough to place a crib. Pierluigi and his wife inflated a small pool for our baby given the heat of the moment, which our son and we greatly appreciated. They also brought us some shallots from the garden for the kitchen. They are very welcoming hosts that we recommend.

The stay at Francesco was great! Not only for the quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and woods, but also for the kindness of the host who made us feel at home, also giving us an incredible bottle of oil! The chalet is small and cozy, warm and comfortable, perfect for those looking for a nice retreat from the city and a little peace! Absolutely worth repeating!

My boyfriend and I only stayed here for three days, but it was still a wonderful experience. The house is intimate, cozy, and extremely well cared for. The entrance overlooks the Apuan Alps and you really feel surrounded by nature. The house is also located in a location that has been convenient to visit several points of interest. But the thing that touched us most was the friendliness and kindness of the hosts. Andrea and her parents are really exquisite people. It was a pleasure to spend days with such nice and helpful hosts. We hope to be back soon! :)

The cabin is simply beautiful: inside it is entirely covered in wood, very thoughtful in details, with a nice impeccable fireplace, heating and is equipped with everything you need (even the balsamic vinegar!). The exteriors are very evocative and the view enchanting: it is right on the edge of the woods and several times we have seen deer nearby. It also has scenic loungers, barbecues, and dining spaces outside. A lovely wooden cottage for the kids to finish it all. From this location we have comfortably visited both the Monastery and the Hermitage of Camaldoli, Poppi, and the Santuario della Verna being able to count back on a comfortable and warm space to rest and a well-equipped kitchen. Katy was always accurate and timely in providing us with necessary information about the status of roads and accesses. Upon our arrival we found an excellent welcome tart and even the necessary for breakfast ...what more to say...thank you!

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

Typical mountain chalet very comfortable and characteristic... near the village of Fanano and Sestola... our four-legged friend also enjoyed the stay, since there is a fully fenced and safe garden... thank you Anna we will definitely return to your cute and very well-kept chalet... next time...

We loved our time in Olina at Denise's place! We were there with a very small child and the amazing garden with the hills view was great. Denise and Nicola are a very friendly couple that cared greatly about the quality of our stay. THey gave us the real Airbnb experience, leaving us food for breakfast and as a welcome when we arrived. The house is very nice and matches the descriptions of the listing. We had a lot of fun using it as a base for small hikes in the area with our daughter, or just enjoying lazy days in the garden.

It was my second time staying there and those were the most relaxing days in a long time. The nature around the Airbnb is stunning. I was already there in spring and now in autumn - both of which are absolutely beautiful. The house is really welcoming and for the colder seasons it gets really cozy with the fireplaces. Also, I love cooking and this is totally doable even in this kind of small kitchen. Paola and her husband are really nice people and I loved meeting them. They were always helpful with whatever problems or questions we had. I'm grateful for the nice time I had staying there and I will definitely be back again.

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

A nice, old house in the mountains, you can enjoy there the beauty and tranquility of nature and at the same time, 10-15 minutes by car and you are already on the beach. Our host was Alberto, who is a very friendly, helpful, positive person.

Very good place, at a reasonable price for the saison. The swimming pool is functional and well maintained. Garden and house are more segregated from neighbours' view than they look in the pictures.

The place itself is lovely, and the surrounding area is gorgeous - the photos don't do it justice. Finding the place could have been tricky, but they waited for us on the road by the entrance with a torch (we arrived late, they were very flexible with this too), so there was no difficulty in finding the place.
