Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-maintained in detail, with a beautiful and comfortable terrace. Great location with spectacular sea views, with a 60-step staircase you are on the beach. Convenient parking space. Paola and her husband, exceptional hosts, very nice, welcoming and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

This home is a wonderful blend of old and new, and the view is even better in real life! It was exactly what we needed - and more - for our family vacation. The multiple floors gave our group lots of privacy and respite. Corniglia as a town felt the most authentic and we enjoyed getting to know the locals. We will be back!

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. Despite stormy days, we felt very comfortable in our vacation home. Sitting on the terrace and looking out to the sea was fantastic. The place is very cozy and has a great atmosphere. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the nice week!

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

Lavinia's place was absolutely beautiful, the house was stocked with everything you could need during your stay and she was so responsive whenever we had a question. The house was comfortable and everyone had their own space. Thank you for letting us into your beautiful home to for our family to create our own memories! Would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed 6 nights at Matteo. It was a great apartment for the two of us, with a very nice terrace. During the day we were on the beach or on the road in the area and in the late afternoon was relaxing,by the beautiful pool,trendy. In which you could also swim your laps. Again, thank you for having us as guests at Matteo.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lauras house. Laura was an amazing host, very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. The location is great - only a 10 minute walk to the beach, overall a wonderful stay and home.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather. The first few days it rained, on one day we could not leave the house because of the storm and the gusts. The interior of the house was all the more important to us, as we could hardly use the beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees and the barbecue area because of the rain. The house is nice, well equipped and was what we were looking for. The only small detail is a few power cables which somewhat reduce the beautiful view of the bay. Otherwise it was very nice, Agnes is a warm and extremely helpful and always accessible hostess, the olive oil which the family produces is also very fine. Our dog felt comfortable too. By car or bus you are in Portovenere or La Grazie in a few minutes, where we ate well. Appropriate restaurant recommendations can be found in Agnes' descriptions.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.
