Townhome vacation rentals in Truckee

We had another great stay at Mary’s house- she is quick to respond with any questions and helpful with suggestions in the area. The house is very clean and as described- our family had a great time and look forward to another future trip!

It was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. Great amenities and beautiful home. The host went above and beyond for us. We were there for the Thanksgiving weekend and it was great! When we left I forgot my new shoes there. Gordon was kind enough to find those and offered me to ship it. That speaks volume of the kind of hospitality he provides!! Would definitely be coming back in summer 🙂🙂

This home is truly special. It's in a very nice community, right on the lake, with a private beach, and amazing views. This was perfect for our family with two young kids, they have everything you need from toys to gates. You can walk with your kids right down to the beach, or take a quick trip out to any number of great sights/hikes around Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend! This wasn't a big issue for us, but the TVs are a bit dated, so if streaming excellence is a priority for you, maybe bring a dongle.

My experience was incredible—it was the experience of someone who lives there. The house is super cozy, and the family atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. I wanted to come back!

Bill’s condo was an absolute gem! It exceeded all our expectations with its clean, comfortable space and top-notch amenities like an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs in every room, board games, and a power awning that shades the deck. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the lake and within walking distance of great restaurants. We enjoyed stunning sunrises, from both the master bedroom patio and 2nd floor deck, and stargazing from the pier. Bill was an exceptional host, always available and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic Lake Tahoe getaway! We’ll definitely be coming back!"

The Condo was a good value. It had a nice, spacious upstairs and two balconies (one off of the upstairs living room and one off of the master bedroom. We had decided to extend our trip, and were in need of washing some clothes, so we were very happy to find out that there was a washer/dryer inside of the condo. The host was very friendly and accommodating and a good communicator.

Great property, Nancy was super responsive and overall a great time to rest rejuvenate the place is right in front of the lake and beautiful views of sun set and more!

This was possibly the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Ryan was great and very responsive. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect and our kids loved having the pool and beach close by. Our family has found our new Tahoe spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly kind, allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to any questions. The house looked a bit bigger in the photos, but it was the perfect size for us and felt cozy. We were initially surprised that the second bedroom was downstairs, but the beautiful interior design and thoughtful decor made both bedrooms feel exceptionally welcoming. The area is perfect too! If you don’t have a car and enjoy walking like we New Yorkers do, there are great restaurants nearby, plus even more options within a 15-20 minute walk.

Great stay 5/5! The location with the free shuttle is perfect. Very communicative and had the option for an early checkin which was amazing. Place was very clean and had all amenities we could ask for.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the pool and HOA amenities, which were top-notch. The community dock, pool, and sauna were fantastic additions to our stay. The unit itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cooking utensils, condiments, and reliable WiFi. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, and we appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was in working order. The view of the lake from the balcony was stunning, and we loved cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner while taking in the scenery. The added touch of board games was a nice surprise and provided some fun downtime. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. It exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful getaway experience.

Great stay. Place was better than the photos made it look. We used the pool a couple of times and enjoyed it. Walkable to the lake and a couple of small beaches. Pretty quiet and peaceful area. Host was communicative and responsive. Felt like home away from home. Thanks!

Carmen's comment that her place is just minutes away from everything is SO TRUE and her instructions and directions were so helpful. The unit was everything and more than we expected. So many extras that it is impossible to list. The place is so tastefully decorated and yet very comfortable and user-friendly. The kitchen is incredible with absolutely everything one would want. In addition to having 2 full baths, having another half bath right off the kitchen was great, too. The bedroom for the kids was great in every way and the toys and games that were available were wonderful. Carmen provided clear instructions for the unit and a very helpful document that provided information on the many things to do in the area. Also Carmen was very responsive, responding to all of my questions within a very short time period. I highly recommend this place.

Since I booked the Air bnb there was great communication. Had questions regarding our stay and answers were given. I was able to check in early , we thank you for that flexibility ☺️ WE HAD A GREAT TIME!! LOVED the location and most importantly, the hospitality. We did not end up needing anything else because we were well taken care of. Definitely booking with Niels in the future !!! THANK YOU 😁

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at Buddy’s place. Communication from before we even arrived was great, and he checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub-so nice to relax in it after a long day of hiking (and something fun to do after we put the kiddo down). Quick drive down to the attractions of heavenly, and no more than 30 min to some of the great east side beaches and south side hikes.

Tammy and Phil were communicative and friendly and even set up the electric fireplace and HEATED kitchen and bathroom floors so we'd be cozy upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and prep for our ski trip to Northstar. The appliances were new and top-of-the-line and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Anna-Lou is a great host and her place is nice. It’s in a less crowded part of the town, the house is clean and equipped, and it was always quiet at night! As a plus, each room has its own bathroom! I was there on a work trip with two other people, so that was a huge plus for us. Also, whenever I had an inquiry, Anna-Lou responded so quick and was very pleasant to correspond with. I found a nice routine for myself there and my work trip truly didn’t feel like work. I highly recommend!

Perfect location for late summer. Just outside of the main drag, and near so many incredible trails and the lake. Space was clean and provided all the extras (towels, soap, utensils, coffee, etc.) you’d ever need. Would definitely stay again.

The place has a peaceful and homey feel.

This was the second year that we stayed at this particular townhome. As with last year, they provide a midday cleaning & basic supplies where other hosts have not. They added a wonderful coffee bar since last year and even provided enough coffee for the first week. The linens are high-quality and there’s always enough towels for everyone, including beach towels. The townhome is beautifully decorated and has wonderful location. We love being able to walk over to Raley’s Plaza with its shops and restaurants and actually across Tahoe Boulevard to other fine restaurants. It is close to the golf course and the Château and a very short drive to the Hyatt. We definitely would consider renting again next year.

Marc was super responsive in terms of the questions that I had and the process of checking in and out is very straightforward and easy. I'd definitely come back when I visit Tahoe again!

Had a 2 night stay, townhouse was perfect for two couples, each room with bathroom was great. House was very clean and Mike was great to work with, can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to Reno.
