5 stars…unit was clean and modern. Felt very private due to placement on the property. Host/co-host were very welcoming, responsive, and helped make it a great stay. I would definitely book again if I was staying in the area.

We loved our stay. The home was very spacious, clean and easy to feel right at home in. We loved the back yard and even though the pool wasn’t heated, my son and husband enjoyed a morning cold plunge each day. There was construction work happening on the street and around the house, but when inside it was hard to hear and pay attention to. Alfonso gave great suggestions of things to do in the area and always responded quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommended this home for a fun getaway.

Definitely lived up to its billing. We have stayed in probably over a dozen airbnbs and we both agree that this one was the best one of all of them. Leah was very responsive. We especially appreciated the inventory of food accompaniments left by previous tenants, a few of which we took advantage of. If you're a party of three or four and need two bedrooms and two baths, this is the place I would recommend.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

This place was great for a short weekend stay in Midtown. It’s far enough away from the busier areas but still close enough to walk. The backyard space is great for pets or to just be able to hang out and enjoy the trees. Everything was very easy to access and in great condition!

We stayed with our family of 5 and loved the space. The kids loved the rooms with the bunkbeds and spaciousness of the house was great. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a shopping center right by and a playground within walking distance nearby that the kids enjoyed. There were a few things we brought up during our stay but Shaharom was quick to respond and and address them immediately which we appreciated.

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

This place was fantastic for me and my friends! Lots of space, all the amenities we needed and the pizza oven was great. This place actually felt bigger than the photos which I feel is rare. The neighborhood was quiet and was walking distance to the lake!

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. It was a lovely place with beautiful landscaping. Our bed was very comfortable!

This was an incredible place to stay! Beautiful home, wonderfully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything anyone would need, beds were extremely comfortable. The outside was glorious with the landscaping and a bush by the driveway that smelled heavenly. It was perfect for our dogs. We loved our stay here, our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! If we are ever in Woodland again, we will be back!

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. My family and I had a great stay! We felt right at home. It had everything we needed in a quiet area. We would definitely come back when we visit Sac again. The kids loved their kids room and we had a fun time with the variety of board games and great lounge area in the back yard. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The house was a beautiful location to have a barbecue and celebrate my sister 70th birthday. Host met us and gave us a tour and showed us how everything works. It had everything we needed and the space is really great. The river views are just beautiful and we enjoy spending time on the patio . Great restaurants all around. I highly recommend this location.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Previous reviews mentioned train noise but the house was well insulated so it was very muted. Blackout blinds and double-glazed windows did their job. The Folgers coffee set up was excellent and they left creamers. Beds were new and clean. Seating was limited, but we are a couple. Everything worked, especially the heater, since it was cold. We will stay again when we visit family nearby.

The stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and around a lot of great stores and food spots as well!

By far one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, pristine pool and peaceful quiet backyard, spotlessly clean (even behind the nightstands and under the beds!), fun toys for kids. Maria is incredibly kind and a great communicator. I will absolutely request to stay here again.

We only stayed one night at Joanne’s place, but we would have happily stayed longer if we could. The home is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and more. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Joanne’s clear and detailed instructions. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++
