Older cabin, but was well kept and had everything we needed.

We had such a great time at this home and has the cozy cabin vibes you want in Tahoe. The layout is great families and really has everything you need. The location is great between Kings Beach / Sunnyside and it was easy to get to everything. Although a little dated, the house is very cozy and is perfect for Tahoe weekend! We would definitely rent this house again!

Sara’s place is a beautifully appointed cozy cabin. It is comfortable but also feels fresh and new. The kitchen is in good working order and well equipped with everything we needed including an air fryer and food processor, not to mention coffee! . The main bedroom bed was comfortable. The large back deck overlooks an impressive large orchard of trees and feels very private (we were there once the camp ground closed not sure how it would be of there were campers there). There are great restaurants near by , still the neighborhood feels quiet. We look forward to returning someday soon!

Enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend stay near Tahoe City at this Tahoe Getaway Location! The place looked exactly as described, and was a short drive from the town. The only challenge we ran into was the use of the outdoor grill. While the weather and season were fine, the grill was locked and unable to be used. I was able to get in touch with Tahoe Getaways relatively quickly; however, I was told that due to some city ordinance and inspection we were unable to use the grill. I wish this was flagged at some point for us, rather than us have to be reactive to it. It also didn't help to see all the neighboring houses use their grills. Other than that hiccup - the house was great, spacious, great kitchen, great outdoor space. Would definitely look to stay with Tahoe Getaways again.

Loved staying at the Stine House and will hopefully stay again next summer. The home was very clean and well appointed with a good supply of linens and towels. There were plenty of needed household items on hand including napkins, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, new sponges, and plastic wrap. The management team was easy to reach when we had a quick question. The Tahoe Park Beach privileges helped make our vacation great. It was warm when we were there and the fans in the house kept us cool. I appreciated the coverings on the windows to keep the house cool from the morning sun. Our family enjoyed the quick access into hiking at Paige Meadows. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Jennifer was a wonderful host, and this resort is right on the shores of Lake Tahoe. We've stayed here twice and will definitely return with our family. It's a couple minute walk from the main busy area so it's not heavily trafficked but right near everything you could possibly need or want. Highly recommend!

This was a great, private cabin located behind the Firelite Lodge. A little smaller than I had imagined, with not much room in the bedrooms, but it was fine for what we were needing. It's in an excellent location on the quieter north side of Lake Tahoe. Within easy walking distance there is Jiffy Pizza, Pep's Place for coffee and breakfast/lunch sandwiches, and an ice cream shop. Across the street there is a marina with a small, private, pebble beach to relax and watch the sunsets. Tahoe City and the marina are ~15-20 mins away where you can rent sailboat charters, sunset cruises, etc. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared to have put thought into stocking all the items you would need. The gas firepit on the front porch and the picnic table out back were also nice touches. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe.

I had a great stay. Perfect location very close to Heavenly as well as the lake. Very secure location with great amenities. Host was very informative about instructions and very proactive with communication. Highly recommend!

I loved how it was decorated with the theme of the black bear. It was so cozy and relaxing. Love the hot tub. Did not want to leave.

Linda’s place was an absolute paradise! We live in Cleveland, Ohio. Beautiful! Everything was laid out by Linda on how to get in and what to do when we leave. And everything else you need in between, we didn’t have to contact her once. Grocery store is legit .10 mile away! Thats such a major plus to have that sooo close. The private beach! Everyday I sat on a chair in the grass and took in the view and sun. So amazing. The whole town too! Before I left I was looking to book again! The whole condo was updated so nice. My ideal living space. The bed and couch were so comfy! Everything was very clean. The whole place itself was very private as well, what we seek. Peace and quiet. Makes me want to sell my house and live in Tahoe Vista honestly. Coffee, garbage bags, the essentials you need were provided. I have nothing to complain about other than I can’t come back until next year. Absolutely stunning. Linda is an amazing host. The condo is amazing. 100/10 recommend.

BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEW! The rental was clean and spacious. Enjoyed coffee/dinner on the balcony. Unit was well stocked and comfortable. Jimmy responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was so nice I like did like the house close to everything shopping center

Had a lot of amenities we didn’t expect, seasoning, Ziploc’s, tinfoil things that kept me from going to the supermarket when we brought leftovers home. A lot of extras we were expecting. We will rent that particular unit again.

We really enjoyed staying in this adorable condo. Cozy and warm with plenty of amenities. A short walk through the complex and you will be right on the beach enjoying the pristine lake view. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Oh and Heidi’s restaurant is right next door. Best breakfast place in the area.😁👍

Wonderful location and very well run place. We enjoyed our winter vacation there and look forward to coming back in summer as well. Great for all ages, fun in day and quiet at night.

The instructions for check-in and using the property were very clear, and communication was excellent with quick responses. The host was helpful, professional, and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautifully situated near the lake, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a truly charming and chill place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Neat, clean place. Close to Starbucks coffee and Diamond Peak Ski resort. Check in was a breeze. Kids really loved the beds and decor throughout the house. We intended on having a fire, loved having that option, but just didn’t have time. Games were very cool too.
