Villa vacation rentals in Torridge District

Wonderful from start to finish. Accommodation very modern, spotlessly clean & very well equipped. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Lounge & kithchen area was very comfortable & spacious with everything you could possibly need. Wheel chair accessibility was outstanding throughout the entire property. Garden area was very large with outstanding views. Also safe & enclosed for our 2 dogs. Location was excellent with several supermarkets within minutes drive away. Beautiful harbours and beaches within a 10 to 20 minutes drive. Spoilt for choice for lovely restaurants & bars all within a short drive. Communication with Raimondas was fantastic, any questions were answered very quickly. He was extremely kind to our family when we needed some help on our last day. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Myself & my family are hoping to return next year. Thank you to Raimondas, we had the best holiday.

House was lovely, well equipped, great location. Very well located for our days out. We were 4 adults, and the house was very comfortable. Would definitely like to go back again.

Port Isaac is tranquil with stunning views. Our host listed directions, thus we found it straight away, no falling out which made a great start to our get away break. The property was homely with fantastic stocked kitchen, every thing was to hand making cooking food enjoyable. There was folder with great information of eateries, places to visit and info in doctors , chemists etc. Beds were very comfortable, great sleep was had by all. Can’t wait to go back next year. We stayed with our two kids (7 and 4 years) and had a great week. The apartment was a good size with a really nice view of the tree’s from the main bedroom, there's a great view of the sea from the apartment and balcony area as well. The balcony is big and really makes the most of the lovely surroundings. The showers good and the kitchens well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The beach is great and is only an easy short stroll away, the waves can be heard from the apartment. The beach bar / cafe was open 09:00-22:00 every day and was decent aswell. Nice easy communication with the host who was responsive with any messages. Cheers for a nice stay!

First time at Millendreath and been coming to Cornwall for 8 years, how did it take us so long !!! The apartment was lovely, the host was so friendly, and we had everything we needed. I wish we stayed longer is our only regret. Thank you for helping us create very special memories

Very friendly and great communication. Spacious bedrooms that are clean and tidy and are well glazed to minimise traffic noise from the main road. The property is situated near loads of amenities in Plymouth and was easy and quick to get to. The views from the rooms were lovely, tranquil and ever changing with the tide and weather. Just be mindful that to get those views there are loads of steps! There are binoculars in the main bedroom to spot wildlife when the tide is out. There aren’t any bins in the bedrooms or bathroom so had to use my dogs unused poo bags so be prepared. There is a lay-by for locals parking (3 cars) which is straight off the busy main road. I couldn’t park at the back of the property as my SUV was too big to get the right angle to park (as it’s a fairly busy narrow lane) so if you have a small-ish car you’ll be fine. Overall a lovely bungalow to base yourself in Plymouth but just be prepared for the steps and parking.

I would have given 7 stars if available for Nathan and his property. We were a family of 12 and could not ask for more on our trip. He was very helpful from the time of booking until checkout. We were lucky to have him around this time even though he lives in Spain. Explained everything about the house, amenities, rest everything needed. We liked the kitchen very much as it had everything needed for our cooking dinner quickly even for 12 ppl. Also all other rooms were nice and have everything you would need on a trip away from home to feel like you are at home. Really appreciate the thought process of thinking what guests would need and to make everything available for use. We will definitely recommend to our friends and would love to go back as well in future. We have been many trips a cross UK and would rate Nathan’s property at the top of the list without a doubt. Treventon is a beautiful house that provides a homely atmosphere, but with some intriguing art work and design features. The kids loved the garden and the games room. Although there ws 11 of us, we always felt there was space and nver felt like we were on top of each other. Viva was very helpful and knowledgeable on the local amenities and wider area. We had a lovely week, thank you!

A unique set of suites in a very large gorgeous house. There was so much room for our family ranging from 3 to 73! The communal area was used all the time and the bar area was a wonderful bonus. It really became our ‘home’ for the week and we all felt very relaxed. The suites were first rate having everything you could possibly need and provided the ‘bolt hole’ where people had their own space as well. There are so many beaches close by which we visited- Hele, Combe Martin and Woolacombe- great for paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing- we had a busy time! Neil was such a good host providing very quick responses to my many questions in such a friendly way! Would highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you Neil.

Amazing location with stunning views and great property that is ideal for a large family gathering! The garden was the star for us and our four legged friends - we all really enjoyed the space and privacy. 👌We had a family ‘Sports day’ one day for all twelve of us and there was more than enough room. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing stay and there are loads of really good places to visit and eat at - some great pubs and we’d really recommend the vineyard five minutes down the road for a tour! (@Swanaford Vineyard). Some of the local roads are a little tight for space - one car only but if you go slowly and be respectful of other road users it’s fine. We also tried some local golf courses, Teign Valley the closest, all gave some good challenges but are also really well looked after. We also had a private chef one night (@LeFrog) which made for a very special anniversary celebration. Would highly recommend if you are a large group booking the whole place.

Shackled-Am-Not is definitely at the top of places we have stayed at. From the luxurious kitchen with plenty of kitchen gadgets and lots of equipment for the whole family, to the beautiful lounge area with plenty of seating for everyone to have a great catch up on the evening. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable, the en-suite bathrooms was a lovely luxury. We enjoyed the games room playing pool and darts. Would like to say a massive thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family and would love to stay again. The property was amazing and so perfect for us. A really gorgeous and well set up property would definitely come back. Would like to point out that more toilet roll needs to be left for the stay though as we ran out very quickly

We had a great time and the property was very well equipped with its own parking space The house was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children We liked the full size dining table and really appreciated the 2 bathrooms The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped albeit rather small! Excellent wi fi The site was very well maintained with good amenities We would not hesitate to recommend ' 100 ' to others

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

House was even better in person. Lovely host and very responsive. We all had an amazing time and loved the larger than normal heated pool! Beautiful landscaped gardens and a balcony with a sea view. Two lovely walks to Carlyon beach and Charlestown. We will definitely return!

We had a great 2 nights here. Donna was very responsive and gave very helpful instructions. The place was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a baby and dog! Loved that the coast path is on your doorstep and a short walk to the nearest dog friendly beach. Would definitely come back!

We had the best two weeks staying in Brian’s house. The location was so beautiful and the coastal walks just perfect in the sunshine. Our kids loved using the pool. Brian was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this house. Our favourite thing was the field walk to the beach and the beautiful quiet beach. Will be back!
