The area and surroundings around the tents was beautiful and there was lots nearby to visit. The bathrooms and toilets were really clean and the host Faith was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The bar was really interesting to visit on the weekend. We had a lovely stay, thank you

Alison and everyone there were great. Well stocked shop, clean and tidy site and Bluebell Bell Tent was perfect with electric hookup and a great little makeshift kitchen. Don’t forget the fire pit!! Great area for kids to play football and mess around and a barn with some fun stuff for all. Thanks gang, we will be back!!!!

Wow! What an amazing place you guys have. Our first get-away with our little boy (8 mos) as we went to an Eden Session and decided to make a weekend of it. We arrived on Friday and our hosts were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. We settled into our beautifully clean and spacious bell tent ‘Poppy’ before heading out to the Eden Project, approximately 10 mins drive. The loos and showers were clean and tidy, the little shop on site was well stocked and our little boy loved looking at the pigs and wondering down to the pond at the bottom of the meadow. The views are beautiful!! And if we had stayed longer we would have certainly wondered around the local area a little bit more as Ali recommended some nice local walks. On Sat evening a fab little food and drink van arrived on site and we enjoyed watching the sun set with a delicious cocktail. I can’t say enough about this place and we are already looking at when we can return! Family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

Beautiful location, great host, amazing beautiful bell tent! Host was amazing, asked for some decorations to be put up as an extra and that was done with no ask. Brilliant! Communal showers were a little dirty that was all, but to be expected almost on a camping site. Incredibly peaceful!

Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

Lovely peaceful setting. The hosts were very welcoming and on hand. The tent it self was very comfortable and had some lovely touches. The camp kitchen was useful and eco friendly where ever possible. A great break away from busy lives.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. We found everything we needed and more. It's also in a great location. The farm next door, which Linzi recommended, had a great breakfast and amenities for children. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely consider to go back. Thank you!

The most amazing place and Host. Nev is an absolute legend! Super friendly and helpful, I can’t speak highly enough of him. And the location is stunning. Private, peaceful and right in the middle of nothing but fields and woodlands, the perfect escape from day to day life. The facilities have everything you need and more, a brilliant functioning kitchen, gas hob and sink, cool box for the milk, a secluded shower with hot water, private toilets, and a sheltered area for dining, darts and ping pong! Finally the BBQ and fire pit area is all you need for an evening of peace and tranquility. Cannot rate this highly enough, we are counting down the days until we go back. THANK YOU NEV!!

Complete escape from everyday life! From the moment we arrived, we loved our stay in the bell tent at Lakemoor. Everything has been considered to make your stay as easy as possible. Loved the little touches, like the cushions to sit round the fire and the honesty shop. Great place for seeing wildlife, meeting farm animals and watching the stars. Would highly recommend.

The most beautiful and easily accessible campsite. All the ammenties were as described and Tracy herself was unbelievably friendly with great hospitality towards her guests. Will definitely be booking again very soon and a massive thank you to Tracy for help making our experience one to remember.

This was a return visit, to the back to basics in the magical woodland retreat. We love the remote location, with the dark skys and the nighttime creature noises, especially the owls calling out. Nigel and Erica are great host and had prepared everything for our arrival, and are very knowledgeable on the area which is fabulous when wanting to explore. The hot tub is ideal for a soak after a long walk. We will definitely be returning. Thank you til the next time 😊

fantastic time in nature, private camping with great amenities. Didn't see a single other person all weekend, relaxed in the woods, paddled in the river, great campfire ambience.

Loved our stay here. Secluded and proper escape from life. Every detail is covered and the tent was nice and cosy even on a fully wet night. Chris offered to check in early which was lovely. We even loved the loo which was quirky and cool. Fab end to the best weekend. Thanks Chris.

What an incredible stay we had at Morwenna’s bell tent. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and able to fully relax into our beautiful surroundings. The hosts were attentive and proactive, ensuring our hot tub was hot on arrival and answering any queries we had straight away. The bell tent is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed gave us one of the most comfiest sleeps we’ve had in a long time. We enjoyed feeling away from the hustle and bustle, which was helped by the peaceful set up that was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of our personal highlights were the lovely animals - particularly Daffers the dog. On the Saturday night, we were lucky to have a clear sky. Whilst in the hot tub, we were able to see an incredible amount of stars, which really topped off our experience. We cannot recommend this air b and b enough and would definitely return. Thanks Morwenna and family for making us so comfortable.

Beautiful location! it was so peaceful and well presented. A great way to bring you back to nature and really appreciate our surroundings. Wendy was an amazing host so friendly, definitely made us feel welcome. such lovely walks, we went wild swimming which was a brilliant experience. it was a new experience for us with the shower and compost toilet but was all easy to use / adapt to. we would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation and host.

We had the most wonderful last minute get away! Lauren was an amazing host! Flexible check in we literally booked on a Thursday afternoon and had a confirmation of booking writhing 5 minutes and was on our way to the beautiful lodge! Well worth the 4 hour drive there! Thank you for an amazing stay we will 100% without a doubt be back!

We had a wonderful stay; the accommodation was just as described and the setting was beautiful. Margaret and her husband were really helpful and friendly, getting the stove nice and hot for us before we arrived and heating the hot tub up so we only had to top up the heat a bit during the weekend. We would definitely go back if we were in that area again.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in the Ladycroft bell tent. Clear instructions on arrival and easy to find and check in. Tent was beautifully presented and very clean. Such a beautiful little spot with only one other tent near by. Very peaceful and lovely hosts. We especially loved our experience feeding the sheep, scones and the camp cat Mr pickles!
