Quiet, peaceful, rural and yet minutes away from Warragul CBD, restaurants and cafes. Lovely hosts, very private cottage with everything provided. Super comfortable bed, great shower and a clawfoot bath. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. This cottage is perfect for a weekend or even an extended stay.

My partner and I stayed here for the long weekend and we had a fantastic time. The little house is full of character and it was perfect for recharging away from the city. We also enjoyed the eco friendly touches. It’s a beautifully charming space and we enjoyed every part of it, would recommend.

The semi-detached cottage is ideal for a simple stay in a peaceful location. Everything is there for light kitchen use or simple meal prep. A lovely stay.

This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had (and I have traveled the world with dozens of Airbnbs). The bed was comfy, the granny flat, bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and maintained. The room was comfortable. The outdoor fire pit under a blanket of stars was surreal. Dean’s Place is a classic example of why Airbnb exists and why it’s so much more awesome than a hotel. It was an amazing opportunity to experience some Australian wildlife of close and personal. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many kookaburras! Dean’s pet deer Sambo is adorable and incredibly sweet. I was lucky enough that I got to meet Dean during my stay. In addition to the fact his outstanding hospitality, Dean was also one of the most friendly, joyful, thoughtful, sensitive and personable hosts it has ever been my pleasure to meet. I will definitely come back and can’t recommend Dean’s place highly enough.
