The hosts welcomed us upon arrival and showed us the way to the hobbit house in the backyard. It is located in a sweet country setting and feels like the Shire. A fun experience, with great decorations and details inside!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The cottage is super cozy and I love the decor. It’s easy to see a lot of care has gone into the place. The kitchenette on the second floor was really nice to use. Wylie was a really great and friendly host, and her cat Bleu was also a highlight of my stay. The location of the cottage is lovely, right by Stuart Park, Cayuga Lake, and a variety of trails. The walk to downtown Ithaca is only 35 minutes or so. I would definitely recommend this spot, and I’d stay here again if back in Ithaca.

Cindy was a wonderfully responsive and kind host. This was a great location for our group to lay our heads while in town for a wedding. This area is a bit tough for Ubers as there aren’t many in the around but we made it work. Guest house was beautiful and clean and Cindy was super accommodating. Place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, especially to spend more time at the lake!

Cutest little Airbnb!! My husband and I came up for the weekend so that I could run the Gorges Ithaca Half Marathon. It was equal in distance to Trumansburg and Ithaca (just 10 minute easy drive to each!) , which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved the peacefulness of our stay, the beauty of the location and Heather was more than responsive! We knew exactly what to expect (and even we greeted by the 3 sweetest little dogs!). We highly recommend this place and we will absolutely keep this place in mind for when we come back!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Rosina’s place. Very secluded, peaceful & quiet studio. It was like staying in a cabin in the woods. The studio was beautiful, stocked with everything that we needed and more. We slept comfortably, they had a packet of recommended places near the area!! We would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

The Birdhouse was wonderful! So cozy and comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. It was in the best location and near everything. Karissa and Eric (property manager) were wonderful to work with and we're very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic stay! we would definitely stay at the Birdhouse again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time. Location is central to 2 fingerlakes . Great hiking and wineries in the area. Lots of amenities for family fun. We hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed the place. Was close to all the State Parks we wanted to visit. Great secluded location. We had a good laugh at the Opera toilet. Didnt bother us at all. Was nice and cool during the warm weather bit cold at first as it was cold outside but plenty of blankets around to keep cozy. Really enjoyed talking with them as well and the recommendations for hikes to do for our next trip. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvement would be to let guests know what the grid is to plug space heaters in during colder weather so they don't trip the fuses.

Annie was very responsive throughout our stay! We really enjoyed the house (and even got some ideas about finishing our basement floor). It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The Two Goats Brewery is right below the house, so that is something to consider when staying there on the weekends with live bands playing. We got to enjoy the hot tub, use the laundry, and kitchen supplies. The weather didn’t cooperate, so we enjoyed a nap with the electric fireplace in on. Everything was great!

This was the cleanest and most beautiful space I have ever stayed in!! Such a great experience!!! Right on the wine trail! So many amazing wineries. Not close to a lot of fine dinning but the space had everything for making great meals and had all sorts of personal touches. Jeffery was super responsive and attentive! Could not ask for a better host! Also gave us our privacy! The best air B&B I have ever stayed at!

Cute apartment in a lakeside campground. Perfect for a couple as a weekend getaway.

What a beautiful view, the best part was the dock on the lake watching the sunset and you cant beat the breathtaking beauty of it. The place was cozy and very clean. Hey if your looking for a getaway rather it be romantic or going to see what the lakes have to offer this place is a great location. We will be definitely returning. Thanks Marla

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s cottage! It was beautifully decorated, private, comfortable, and had everything we needed - including homemade cookies and treats for our pup! Mary and Dirk were friendly and gracious hosts, and we enjoyed meeting them upon arrival! The location is perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes! It is an easy walk into the town of Watkins Glen for dining or lake activities. - And just a short drive to wonderful hiking, vineyards, museums, and surrounding towns.

Marian's place was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament and it worked out well. We would stay there again next time we are in the area.

We had an amazing time at this house with our 2 year old. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed including crib, high chair, etc. Our child especially loved the "hobbit" room underneath the staircase with lots of toys and a chalk wall for her to draw on. It was truly a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook our own meals which was nice, and watched Netflix on the TV. The area is very convenient to wineries, Watkins Glen with food/shopping and other local attractions like Farm Sanctuary. The host was super responsive and helpful!

My family was beyond impressed! We were looking for a quick weekend escape where we can enjoy the fun amenities of an AirBnB, someplace that can entertain my 7 and 3 year old boys. We were chose to stay here because of the cute pictures and the Kids Coop. But pictures do not even begin to create the warm cozy comfort and enjoyment that this place provides in person. We could come back here time and again for the entertainment our boys had with “hiding” in the Coop, and playing all the board games and reading kids books and messing around with the arts and crafts and exploring their cute outdoors waterfall and pond. I normally like eating out when we are on vacation but i didn’t want to leave this place so I cooked and baked while I watched my boys play. This kitchen had everything you need. There were so many amenities and also little details to the decor. They have thought of everything and I could feel how much love they put into making you feel at home.
