Sometimes in our lives we come across a place that nourishes our souls and celebrates all that is good and beautiful in our world. The Overlook at Ithaca was truly a retreat for us in every way! Jordan was available by text if we needed anything and always kind and prompt in his responses. To say that the Overlook was clean is an understatement!It is pristine and so thoughtfully and intentionally designed for ease and comfort and rest. When we arrived there was gentle music playing, a personalized welcome note and everything glistened with care and impeccable attention to every detail that spoke to us of such exquisite care and gracious hospitality. The view from the Overlook is breathtaking and we loved being enveloped in the clouds and watching the beautiful sunsets. Our weather was superb as Spring unfolded, but even on cloudy days - the beauty and comfort of this living space is so restful and renewing. Thanks Jordan for this 5 star experience. We hope to visit again someday.

This was my family's third stay with Deb. As with prior visits, everything was perfect. There isn't anything that you could possibly need during your visit that hasn't been tucked away somewhere in this rental for your use. The generous and wide array of breakfast and snack items provided is absolutely the cherry on top. As if they could improve on the outdoor amenities, we enjoyed their new patio furniture this visit, and noticed a couple new lawn games. Our daughter has two more years in Ithaca's PT program, so looking forward to returning several more times in the future!

We really loved this place. The decor and feel was the perfect combination on fun, comfortable and romantic. Our son was going to come along, but couldn't at the last minute, so it was just the two of us. There would have been plenty of room for him, but it was nice having the whole place to ourselves. Every time we looked around the place there would be some new discovery. You really have to see this place to appreciate it. There was a nice little Happy BIrthday bouquet waiting and the pastries were delicious and hit the spot after driving several hours to get there. The location was perfect for going to the Taughannock State Park, less than 5 minutes away. And Ithaca was an easy drive. Just loved this place. Thank you!

Jenna’s place was very clean and comfortable and Jenna was a great host. Upon arrival we found the apartment a bit cold, asked Jenna and she adjusted the temperature right away. The location is very close to the Commons and all what is needed could be found in a short walkable distance. Would define recommend this place for a short or long stay in Ithaca. This place was AMAZING!! It was absolutely beautiful! The decorations were so beautiful and had such a unique flare! The furniture was cozy, stylish, and unique! There was no unnecessary clutter and just overall amazing! The hot tub was on and hot upon arrival with cute antique lights around the patio! There was so much space, it was great for a group of women! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and organized and well stocked with supplies as well! The host was kind, responsive, and very friendly! This place was amazing and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking! Thank you for providing our group such a wonderful experience!

Had a great stay at Carolyn’s place over Spring Break with our teen. The place was just as described and very well stocked - they thought of almost every detail. The views of the lake were fantastic and since we had cold days and even some snow being able to enjoy the views from inside was awesome, even though we bundled up to enjoy the decks as well. It was a quick drive to Ithaca and close to great hiking and wineries as well. Absolutely great place with very helpful hosts.

Nice accomodations with beautiful view overlooking the lake. Easy 2 minute walk to the lake. Host was flexible to offer early check in and late check out.
