Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

We stayed here for 4 weeks and it really felt like home. The house is wonderful, kitchen has everything you need for cooking in, bedrooms are comfortable, small laundry room, and you can tell the house has been really well cared for. The outdoor area is spacious and private. We were there in Autumn so the hot tub was open, really beautiful at night. The front yard overlooks the lake, beautiful views everywhere you look. Finally, the house is just 5 minutes from lovely Paciano and only 20 from several other larger towns, and you don’t need to go far to find great food and things to do.

Marta and her home were perfect for our family trip. She made us feel right at home. So much energy is put into making your experience. I highly recommend.

Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again

Daniela and Aldo were very friendly hosts. They gave us lots of local recommendations. The location was wonderful and the villa was perfect for an extended family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The swimming pool and the games room were frequently used by the whole family.

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Swimming pool with toys outstanding. Pizza oven and bbq fun to use and a beautiful peaceful garden. Walking distance into Castiglion which is a beautiful old town. Would love to return.

Lavinia was an amazing friendly host from the moment I booked my trip. She gave my family lots of recommendations including restaurants and local activities. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family including a beautiful pool, games for children to play in the garden and a huge pool table. The villa was spotless, modern bathrooms and it had a lovely homely feel. We will be sure to visit again! Thank you Lavinia 😊 x

We were a group of 15 friends (in addition to the children and dogs) and we had a great time at the villa. The surroundings are beautiful, there are many outdoor spaces between the garden and terraces. We were also very lucky with time and this has allowed us to make the most of them, with challenges to ping pong, aperitifs on the terrace and admiring the stars from the solarium. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind and exhaustive and greeted us with much appreciated gifts:-). A great note of merit to Gianluca, the gentleman who takes care of a bit of everything, who was hyper helpful and kind, brought us the coal and also helped us make the grill. Thank you very much!

Even prettier than in the pictures. Perfect for a group of friends and families. Villa includes private apartments/studio in it, not just bedrooms. 10/10 in every possible way.

Absolutely amazing view from the pool area, couldn’t be better. Beautiful garden with very nice surroundings and terraces. We highly appreciated our stay in Nicolas villa and recommend it!

The villa is immaculate. Tons of space, beautiful setting and Claudia was amazing to communicate with.

Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

Lovely house, very clean and equipped with everything you need, exactly as in the photos. Located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing surrounded by greenery. Claudia and her family welcomed us and gave us all the necessary directions to make us feel at home. Villa Lia, in addition to the possibility of enjoying the beautiful pool is close to many places of interest so perfect even if you want to take trips or visit cities.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa with a group of six friends. Matteo and his family are very accommodating and friendly. If you have any questions, we always got an answer very quickly. Check-in went great and we also got recommendations for our vacation. Especially Matteo's parents, who live right next door, are very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday.

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!

This is a fabulous property with a wonderful swimming pool and surrounded by peaceful countryside. There are fantastic views from the nearby hiking trails of Monte Tezio. The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We had a truly relaxing stay surrounded by comfort and great facilities. Domenico is a generous host who makes you feel very welcome whilst also giving you lots of privacy.

Don’t look any further, if you are reading this you found your next holiday house. Surrounded by green hills in complete privacy. The house itself has an amazing atmosphere and there are almost too many nice spots outside to chill. I couldn’t choose. Also, it is rare to get a pool that looks smaller on pictures than in real life. Both the local host and owner are reactive and incredibly helpful. I can recommend this experience to anyone. Go for it :-)
