Vacation rentals with breakfast in Todi

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

A small apartment well cared for and clean, good for two three people.

We had a great stay , Claudia was very welcoming, she picked and dropped us to and from train stations, despite our train delayed to Viterbo. She personally checked us in and recommended good local restaurants. We are grateful she met us in person and made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks for hosting us in your lovely home.

Fabio was a great host, he was very nice and responsive. The flat was clean and in a great location near the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this place and happily go back.

Anna was such a delightful host! She greeted us warmly and showed us everything in her lovely space. She had a friend with her who helped her with English so we would understand. She invited us to a community gathering and we're welcomed by all. She even treated us to mulled wine. Such a memorable experience that truly touched our hearts. You won't believe this, they invited us to a Pink Floyd tribute at a local pub! We totally fell for the place, the people, everything. It was so cozy, the bed was amazing, low ceilings like a fairytale cave with just a few floors. We were lucky to stay at Befana during the holidays and see it all differently. The woods were gorgeous, so enchanting to explore. Time stood still there. And we can't wait to see our new friends again. P.S. Laura gave us the best body and face massage – you HAVE to try it, it was amazing and so professional. I adore her, she's one of a kind. Hope you enjoy it, but not TOO much. We had a great time. The place is very nice, with everything you need breakfast included and very close to downtown. Chiara was very kind and available to recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

We really liked Renzo's suite. Tidy in style, modern but with architectural elements characteristic of Gubbio's historicity. You stay in the historic center and you can fully breathe the Eugubian everyday life without touching the car (parked outside the walls). Very close to the attractions and typical restaurants. Beautiful kitchen area and bathroom. High comfort. Top-notch Renzo hospitality. Definitely the highlight of vacation apartments in the city center. Great.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Large apartment, with parquet Clean environment, with decor that tells a little history, really nice Centrally located apartment, within the historic center and the Ztl Serena was very welcoming, she also arranged for us another room as a courtesy (she thought we were a couple) Also recommended for multiple days

I can’t recommend this bnb highly enough! Everything was perfect from cleanliness to location to comfort.

Silvia explained to us well what we could expect and reacted kindly to all our requests. The apartment is small but organized with ingenuity. With a 3-year-old girl for two days, everything went well and we had a great night's sleep. The view from the windows is very relaxing. Arezzo under Christmas is really nice!

Spacious apartment, warm welcome and comfortable bed. Breakfast and coffee was provided which was a nice unexpected bonus. Great communication from the hosts also. Grazie tante 🙂

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

Carla and Claudio were very welcoming and full of good advice . The room was exactly as described . Everything was perfect.

The apartment is delicious, tidy, clean, functional for every need and very well cared for in the decor. Rich breakfast delighted by the view offered by the beautiful terrace on the Tiber and Valeria's kindness. Many activities in the area suggested by the landlady, as well as places to eat healthy and well.

The flat is on the top floor so be prepared for a climb. It is also quite hot, however there is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the master bedroom. The flat is well equipped, and has all neccessary appliences including microwave and coffee machinę and a foam maker. The fridge was stuffed with food plus we got home made muffins. The host was very helpful and kind.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
