Vacation rentals with breakfast in Todi

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Anna's apartment is amazing! We decided to arrive spontaneously and Anna was available for all our questions and let us arrive at a late hour of the night. Despite the cold and dark at night, she was waiting for us on the main street to direct us to the apartment. In addition, she asked her friend to come with her to help with English translation. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable and we slept really well at night. We were 4 people and a baby and there was lots of space for all of us and our belongings. There is a fully equipped kitchen and we could cook and prepare food for all of us. Anna made us cake and cookies, juice and milk, and we were very excited to prepare things for us despite the short notice. We received recommendations from Anna for a very special trip place in the area (bangoregio) and we had a great time there. Anna's warm hospitality and her recommendations made the night she slept the highlight of our trip in Italy. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but we are sure we will return to Anna's apartment in the future. Very recommended!

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

Everything was perfectly clean and welcoming, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, they welcomed us with a delicious surprise: a very good artisanal tart for the snack, a gesture that we really appreciated. It was a real pleasure staying here, we felt pampered and comfortable from the very beginning. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! I let others record their superlatives, and let the photos illustrate what is on offer. Here, I thank Elisa and Luca for their motivation and effort in restoring and making available such a wonderful property. To bring a property of this type to a comfort standard suitable for general short term vacation rent at such a reasonable price requires a lot of effort and investment. The bathroom and minimal kitchen are functional and tastefully modern, separate from the large living spaces and do not detract from the whole effect. the large dining room gives a powerful impression but goes largely unused except for hosting a party. I recommend the entire experience.

Silvia explained to us well what we could expect and reacted kindly to all our requests. The apartment is small but organized with ingenuity. With a 3-year-old girl for two days, everything went well and we had a great night's sleep. The view from the windows is very relaxing. Arezzo under Christmas is really nice!

my girlfriend and I were wonderfully,a quiet place to rest from our city routine,a fantastic landscape given by the location of the accommodation. Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

Carla and Claudio were very welcoming and full of good advice . The room was exactly as described . Everything was perfect.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
