The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie

We had an incredible time at Mario’s house. The house itself is beautifully furnished and tasteful - you can feel the love and care that has been put it into it. The kitchen was the highlight, cooking every night and cooking over the fireplace. An absolute joy - I definitely recommend staying here if you want a few days with friends to relax, cook and visit nearby towns.

Beautiful apartment located close by to the Christmas Markets, which was very nice. It is also close to the parking lots. The apartment is very quiet, you actually wake up with the sound of birds, not kidding. Finally, a beautiful cafe is located next to the apartment making our stay very amazing.

Simona was a wonderful host, welcoming and always responsive. The place is beautiful and decorated with great attention to detail, the kitchen has everything one might need and everything was spotlessly clean. There even was fresh fruit on the table, couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommended, I will definitely stay there again when I’m in Perugia!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

The apartment is nicely furnished. Anything you need is present. We had a very smooth communication with Ella. The location was perfect for us to explore Umbria. The road to the agriturismo is a bit bumpy. Towns nearby that we could recommend: Assisi- Perugia- Spello- Spoleto- Montefalco. Definitely go to the waterfall in the Secret Place as well, not far from Casa Rosa. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here with our two kids (1 and 5). Danilo went above and beyond to welcome us to the place, and was helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had. The location was great — easy walk to old town and down to the lake. Would stay here again.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
