Vacation rentals with beach access in Tierra Verde

This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

We stayed at this location for the 3rd year in a row. Looking forward to the 4th already! Great location so close to the beach and many other great spots. But still in a more quiet location. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

We had such a nice stay at Maison Nicholas - comfortable, relaxed, spacious, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, super close to the beach and to the grocery store. Nicholas was very responsive and thoughtful. Thank you for such a pleasant time!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described - beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout for a family of five to spread out and relax. Really appreciated the proximity to the beach (steps away) and the availability of the beach accessories and cart. Mark was super responsive when needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book a future stay.

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

What a wonderful getaway! When you walk in the front door, the elegant & beach decor make you feel like you are in a true beach escape. The bottle of wine with iridescent glasses, popcorn, and a sweet card were such a thoughtful surprise. When you walk outside to the patio & pool area, it's ready for swimming, relaxation, enjoying the blooms & birds, and grilling. The house is so welcoming, immaculate, full of amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living areas to the patio & pool area, and has all one needs to make a home away from home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen many days. The ocean, grocery stores, & top rated restaurants were close by & the sunsets at the beach were amazing! What a quiet area for a relaxing escape near the ocean! Thanks for the beautiful stay...many memories will be treasured!!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

We loved staying at this house. The location right across from the beach was amazing. The crosswalk made it super safe and easy to get to the beach-even for our teenagers. This was the cleanest abnb I’ve ever stayed at. Not an easy task for a beach house. The linens and bedding were soft and plentiful. The house had plenty of amenities for a fun beach day-plenty of beach towels, chairs, wagon and toys. Helena was very responsive to questions and with recommendations. There was only one issue-the garage door lock was rusted and would not open. Helena had Mario out to fix it within hours. Could not have asked for a better host. I wish we had more time to stay there-I felt truly comfortable

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious enough for our family, and the location is absolutely perfect. We loved being able to have an easy walk to the beach, and to Paradise Grill (one of our favorite places to eat). It is also walking distance to other great restaurants. The place was very clean and the host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Great stay!

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Had a very good time. Condo was how it was described. Check in process was very easy. Just fyi kiddie pool did not seem to be heated, but overall everything worked at great!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!
