This place is an example of brilliant design. The furnishing look a lot better in reality in a muted understated look. It was clean, walking distance to St Kilda and spacious. Appliances all top shelf and easy to use. We needed to find a place where we could create a base in Melbourne for ongoing Christmas visits and this place is perfect.

Can't say enough good things about Briody and this apartment. Awesome location on Southbank a short walk to almost everything in the CBD, near the Botanical Garden, museums, restaurants, etc. Great apartment just as its description. We loved it and Briody was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reached out. Deserves all the positive ratings and reviews.

The place was amazing and suitable for big family like us. Public trams were also near. Parking space was provided. Host was really helpful and responsive. What we really love was the sunset view. Perfect view from the balcony. Thank you Marcus for the warm hospitality =))

Kayla's apartment is a lovely, very well appointed and quiet haven. Check in was simple and all communication was prompt and clear. The area is also fantastic I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Liana was an available host at all times. The apartment parking & access was easy. The bed was very comphy and the apartment so quiet. The facilities was exceptional and tastefull. Restaurants and supermarket are in walking distance as is the famous Port Phillip beach. I will be booking again when i am in Melbourne next. Also i will be recommending Liana's Airbnb. This was the perfect spot for our week in Melbourne. It was ideal to put our child to bed upstairs and be able to watch TV downstairs. It couldn't be more central and it was great being able to dump our shopping between activities and with access to a full kitchen, stock up the fridge for lazy days. Everything is within walking distance with excellent coffee and a wine bar next door. I'm already looking forward to staying here again when next in Melbourne and would recommend it to anyone who needs two comfy bedrooms and excellent amenities in the heart of the city.

Thanks for the nice stay in the CBD. the view and place was nice and tidy. there's many good food, cafe and bars nearby. Next to the trams but no parking for cars. make sure to plan ahead for car parking.

One of my best Air BnB experiences: gorgeous, clean, comfortable and excellent!

Jimena was a very warm, kind and gracious host and added nice, thoughtful touches that made me feel welcome. The place is peaceful and feels like a home away from home and is also set up to provide as a guest home. The location is excellent, so near the St Kilda Botanical Gardens and a 20-minute walk to Elwood beach, as well as a short tram ride or walk to Ripponlea. The trams which take you to the CBD or South Yarra/Prahran stop very nearby. I enjoyed using the coffee machine and sitting on the patio drinking my coffee most mornings in my last few weeks. There is also very good coffee in a few places within walking distance (Miss Alex and Co., Dickens St Grocer and St Kilda Dispensary, FYI). Thank you, Jimena, my son and I really liked it here.

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re interested in checking out the hustle and bustle of the iconic Chapel street … Well situated, close to Revolver and breakfast club and many other amazing venues down Chapel street .. Walking distance to some great food options and some amazing coffee .. I’ll definitely stay again, next time in Melbourne ..

This is the second time we have stayed with Ben and Murray. The place is fantastic as usual, location is A++. It’s walkable to everything, great restaurants and cafes, close to grocery store and to the tram station which is an easy ride to the CBD. The apartment has everything you would need for a long stay including a gym.

Unit was spacious and ideally located for our visit to Melbourne. A garage stocked with grocery essentials was about a 3 minute walk away, but we did not need any. The teabags and uht milks were a welcoming addition, however, a couple of coffee sachets as well would not have gone astray. When visiting our family we would stay here again.

Kellies place was perfect for what we needed. The place was immaculate and the small touches were appreciated (cheese platter with chocolate!). Kellie was extremely accommodating and easy to talk to. Thank you for our stay :)

Had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place in St Kilda. He was super helpful with check in and was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Highly recommend.

Marc and MJ’s place is in a beautiful building with a great location. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and the tram stop is right outside the building making it easy to get around. I would recommend this place!

Apartment is very strategic, nearby to train station and directly in front of a tram station. Many restaurants are available around the area too. On top of that, the view of this apartment is magnificent and it is clean! Stay comfortably, with all necessary amenities provided. Host allow us to do early check in since our flight arrived to Melbourne early in the morning. Check in and check out process was shared by host and it's seamless process for us..Little side note, there is no free parking. Despite that, we still highly recommend this place for stay!

An amazing place stay with a perfect location. The bed was like a dream with perfect pillows and linen. Everything was cleaned and spotless, the bathroom was the biggest I have seen. Having the tram stop just meters away made moving about the city a breeze. Next time we are in Melbourne we will definitely book again. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Magda is truly lovely and very responsive. Although we checked in late due to a flight delay, she provided clear instructions for us to retrieve our key. The place is cozy and felt like home, equipped with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. One downside, in my opinion, is that I would have preferred having a separate bin in the bathroom for sanitary purposes. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this place.

Hazel’s place was amazing! Ample space for an active toddler! We had a great stay as the location was convenient! Bathrooms are also sparkling clean.

What an amazing Airbnb. We stayed here with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged two and four), and we absolutely loved it. The view, the location, the amenities, the cozy atmosphere, the attention to detail, and so much more. Everything has been thought of. You truly couldn’t wish for a better place to stay in Melbourne.
