Monthly Rentals in Thoptewadi

I absolutely loved my stay at this tiny home! Beautiful, peaceful, safe and serene. It is located in a small community with a few other houses and a shrine - when the neighbours are around, they are very friendly. The house itself has all one needs for a comfortable stay. WiFi was also provided for me as I needed to make a few calls and it worked great! Dnyaneshwar and his family arranged for my pick up and drop off at the Pune train station and even came to cook traditional Indian dinner for me once. Overall, I can only recommend this beautiful place.

The place is as shown in the pictures.The interior is perfectly aesthetic and everything was on point .I really felt like home and i had a great time over here .Nitin was very responsive and helpful whenever i needed. i really appreciate his efforts and how well he has maintained the property .I would definitely recommend couples to go for it .The care taker Tanaji was also very good and helpful .So lastly it was more than worth it .I loved everything about this place and definitely i will visit it again .Thankyou !

The caretakers were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality really stood out. We had a wonderful stay at Bellacasa Hospitality! The place is exactly what you'd want for a peaceful and private couple-friendly getaway. It felt both premium and cozy—honestly, even better than what the photos show. The location is great too, with good restaurants nearby and a D-Mart close enough if you prefer cooking at home. The host, Ashutosh, was extremely responsive and made our stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!
