Monthly Rentals in Thon Buri

Nice condo located in a non-touristy neighborhood, at walking distance from the BTS station. Clean and bright with a beautiful view. The condo feels secure with multiple layers of security. There is a convenience store next to the condo and a 7-Eleven in front of the BTS station as well as a big supermarket inside the shopping mall one BTS stop away. The apartment is fully equipped for longer stays: kitchen, fridge, washing machine, etc. Having a small gym inside the condo was convenient. A bit far from the city center, but the BTS takes you there in no time. The only con was that it was located next to a noisy highway, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

I rented a room for about a month from mid-February to mid-March. I think it would be a problem if I lived in an unfamiliar place for a month, but if it was about the house, I was able to contact the host and get the response right away, and I was able to live without stress. I took care of you for a month. Thank you!

So happy i found this place and stayed here during my bkk trip. The owner is friendly and really responsive. The place is so convenient and accessible to bts station and bus station. There is also a nearby 2 7/11 which really help if you are lazy hehe. Also owner and really friendly and respond immediately to all our needs.

This apartment truly has a spectacular view on the Chao Phraya River. It is spacious and well equipped, most comfortable to stay in. The building also has a great pool with a view over the river and city.
