I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

A great cozy place to stay with a group of friends or family while in the city! Lots of activities to do, and very spacious. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!! this is our second time staying at this Airbnb. The staff are really nice and accommodating. They can also arrange the traveling and plan for you. Breakfasts and the airport pick up transportation are included. Can’t wait to come back again this year!! 🙏🏻🤍🇹🇭

Great location, amazing Host

It was an unforgettable experience for my family, as we didn’t expect to have such a smooth and pleasant stay at Rumour Has It, especially about the fact that we have a 11-month old baby. What Ed and Tum has offered is beyond expectation. The house is absolutely lovely with a lot of thoughts being put in it. How the couple has treated my family was very friendly and considerate. They are friendly, adaptive and culturally sensitive. I have already recommended Rumour has it a few friends and I look forward to the next stay at this lovely place, maybe for a longer time…thank you for taking care of my family and thank you for kind of inspired me to realize that if you put your whole heart and soul in something, you can probably achieve anything and people can feel it.

Check-in experience: basically aligned with the pictures. Communication: Communication is smooth and accessible. Environmental hygiene: Clean and tidy The overall experience is still good, although there is a little bit of an episode in the middle, it is a little rough, but it is good to be able to quickly resolve the problem and the small service attitude can respond to the needs of the requested next time if I come to play, I will come and stay in this homestay business is getting better and better.

The house is very clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is very quiet, the landlord is very enthusiastic and helpful, and you can see a very interesting market by taking a walk in the streets around the house in the morning. I will stay here again next time I come to Bangkok.

Stayed ten days nine nights with my family. The location was perfect thou it is bit far from the city. The comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful amenities added to the overall positive experience would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting Patpon’s house. Third stay at Baan Seree, and I’ve already booked it again for my upcoming trip in September! My partner and I rarely return to the same place, even if we like it, because we enjoy exploring new spots—but Baan Seree is the exception. It feels like home, with everything conveniently set up. There’s a (paid, but reasonably priced) parking nearby for drivers, and the location is in one of Bangkok’s better, more upscale neighborhoods with plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Plus, the Skytrain is less than a 5-minute walk away!

We had a great stay at Sal's place, as a group of 10, consisting of three families age 3 to 75 and coming from three different continents, it was great to have such a spacious apartment to enjoy together, perfect for our group! Sal was super helpful with recommendations and very understanding when we misplaced the key card and left some belongings in the apartment, we have arranged to collect from Sana when we return to Bangkok before our flight home - tha k you so much! Some of us managed to use the gym and pool. which were both a great size and easy to access and we found the shuttle to the mall and BST really useful, although it's also walkable, but was appreciated after a long day sightseeing! Would have no hesitation to recommend Sal's place, thank you for having us!

Bell`s stay is very clean and peaceful. Property is exactly match with the photos and description. Host is. very response in terms of communication. The place is at a walkable distance to nearest bus stop and you can get a cab/taxi/bike via grab easily.

The place is located just above 7-11, also has one more 7-11 exactly opposite to it and a 4mins walk away from tops-all daily needs could be easily handled. We had a filly functional kitchen in which we could cook everything for kids. Also he gave suggestions what could be done which helped us plan our trip. We came there with kids -the place js kid friendly. We requested him to get the place cleaned after 2 days as were were to stay for 4 days and he graciously said he would get it done. I would surely recommend this place to stay to everyone especially who come with kids.

My go-to whenever I’m in Bangkok. This place is really convenient for both short and longer stays. It's always impressively clean and well-maintained. While the location is slightly further out, BTS is just a short walk away. The onsite cafe was a lifesaver on my lazy days, and the massage services are a great bonus for those interested. Highly recommend!

Good placee

A nice and cozy room located 15min walk away from onnut bts station:) Host is responsive to issues and managed to get problems fixed promptly. Room was spacious with fridge, electrical kettle, even ironing board, also has laundry room on the first floor, it is very suitable for long-term stay. Overall, I had a very lovely 5 months here:)

I hightly recommend this place. It is close to everything, especially the Skytrain. The apartment itself is big and has more than enough room. The host is very helpful and quick to respond.

Bruce's condo is fantastic. It's very convenient to get anywhere in Bangkok. The space is spacious and living here is very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many restaurants and takeout options nearby. I really liked a Thai basil restaurant, a burger place, and a pizza delivery service (one of the best pizzas I've ever had). In the evening, the street food is great too. All the facilities in the room work well. I used the washing machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The room is very quiet. With the windows closed and curtains drawn, you can sleep very well. The bedding is also very comfortable. Bruce is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly. I would give this condo a 100 out of 100. If anyone is coming to Bangkok, I highly recommend staying here.

It was really nice to stay there, comfortable and clean, ten minutes walk to the Ekkami Bts. But there few thing that I think should be better: 1. Equipment in the kitchen- there was nothing to cook with- it would be nice to have a pan/pot. 2. Would be nice to have a complementary bottles of water for the price we payed, and toilet paper. 3. There was no enough beds next to the pool for the amount of people stay there. Except of this it was really good stay, we felt at home, the restaurant service people were really nice, and the massage in the residence was really good.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

very good value for the money charged. there is a previous review that says that there's no curtains in the main room. that's not actually true they're on a remote control and you press the button and the curtains come down they're kind of hidden so it's not obvious but definitely they're there.

BOOK IT! Seriously no need to keep searching for somewhere else. As a Superhost myself, I was trying to find something that allowed me and my family to easily access all Bangkok had to offer, while staying someplace we could settle in and be able to walk and not have to commute all the time. This place met all that and more. Xenia is the Superhost of all Superhosts. Her place matched all the descriptions perfectly, but what can't be matched or advertised is her level of hospitality. She really goes the extra mile and then more to ensure you're well taken care of and have a great experience while you're there. Our family was blown away by her hospitality and sacrifice to make sure we had an enjoyable stay, all while not being invasive. The place is great, very walkable, lots do around there, near some great markets, food, and trains. I would 110% recommend this to anyone.
