Edwards home was beautiful and just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the house was stacked with all the necessities. We were in town for a diving competition, and the location was perfect and convenient going back and forth to the venue.

Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

Returned here for another trip for work and school! Very nice spot and very comfy :)

Max and Dominique's Sun Spot was clean and perfect for a month-long stay for work. Keurig machine was great for coffee and tv was nice size for room.

We stayed here to have Thanksgiving with our kids in town. The place was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean and the rooms were very sound proof. We were able to cook and host and entire Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people. Henry was a great host and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was advantageous. It gave quick and easy access for our needs. It was peaceful. We didn’t hear a sound any day or night of our stay. We slept so well.

Our stay at Sunflower Escape was wonderful. The location was perfect, with secure parking and an easy walk to any FSU event. The room was exceptionally clean and well kept and Robin was immediately responsive with any questions we had. Overall fantastic experience. We will definitely keep this location in mind for any future visit. Thank You!

The house is well appointed and very nicely decorated. It is charming, comfortable and very spacious. I highly recommend this rental. It is near the historic district-

Lovely surroundings, beautiful neighborhood near a park. Quincie had coffee and creamer, croissants, a bottle of wine, and oranges (grown on the property) waiting when I arrived. Easy to communicate with, accommodated my late night arrival. Very private setting. My only comment is that if the smell of woven (beautiful) rugs bothers you, there is that smell because many are stored there, as in the pictures. It isn't a strong odor, but present. There are windows, a door and French doors to open however if you are bothered by it.

This is among the TOP of my AirBnB experiences that I’ve booked or been apart of a reservation for. This location is ideal; quiet neighborhood that is in close proximity to literally everything. This includes and is not limited to FAMU, FSU, Dining, Nightlife etc. The neighborhood is located off of the main roads and is well shaded by trees. Clean space, good neighbors, great amenities amply stocked household supplies (including detergent), toiletries and supple linen extras etc. AC works beautifully. Would be our choice of say when we return to Tallahassee.

This My Second Time Staying At This Airbnb And I Have No Complaints Once Again. I Would Definitely Stay Again.

Host didn’t respond right away to main question but owner did and I appreciated it. Very comfortable and quiet one bedroom. If you have a small dog, watch them in the backyard. It’s fenced but curious pups can get under it in a couple of spots. We would stay here again as it’s very convenient to everything.

I’m a local was having a plumbing issue. I needed to stay somewhere for the night until the plumber could come. I came across this Airbnb and I was nothing less than impressed. They are a true example of how Airbnb should be. The place was spotless and the host was wonderful. It’s also a perfect location here in Tallahassee. I let them know that if I ever have friends and family coming to visit, I will highly recommend them checking out this Airbnb.

I am a FSU Alumni and this is hands down one of the nicest properties in Tallahassee to stay at. Being greeted by friendly local neighbors and walking distance to the best places to eat in college town, what more could you ask for? This property exceeded all of my expectations, I do not think I have ever stayed in a cleaner Airbnb in my life. Michael was as responsive as possible and a wonderful host responding immediately to all requests. I would highly recommend this property to a friend but do not book all the game days up I am coming back! This unit is an FSU alumni's dream stay!

Lovely stay for our long weekend enjoying FSU!

Mr. Al was extremely helpful and pleasant. We had this location for 3 weeks and if there was a problem, he sent someone over quickly to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend staying at any locations Mr. Al has. The only negative thing, is whomever is his partner in the business, she was kind of rude each time I spoke with her. Luckily, i dealt with Mr. Al for most of it. Overall, the location we reserved was minutes away from FAMU campus, very close to cascade park, and about 10 minutes from the mall or restaurants. It’s really a great location! The inside was very cute and felt like home.

Our family was in town for FAMU’s graduation. Check-in was seamless and once inside each room had a separate combination lock. The location is unbeatable. Within walking distance to the event location. The apartment is very well appointed with most things you will need. The space was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Carter was responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We recommend this house for any family gathering.
