House vacation rentals in Thomas

We came to Canaan Valley at the spur of the moment as an alternative to our planned beach vacation (thanks to hurricane Debby). Matt's place had many nice appointments including a nicely stocked kitchen with good quality appliances. The deck was spacious enough for us to sit outside and read, cook out on the very nice gas grill, and eat dinner at the round table and chairs. The living room furniture was so comfortable and accommodated all of us easily. The beds were comfortable, too, and we were thankful for the ceiling fans in each bedroom. Matt was super flexible by letting us check in a little early and check out a little later so the baby could have her regular nap times. We did have a couple questions and Matt responded promptly. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The house was just as described. It was perfect for our little family getaway! Tons of space to spread out. Loads of fun extras. The view is amazing! We had a great time!

5 star stay here in Davis. The space is beautiful and spacious end unit townhouses on two levels. The hot tub was brand new and water was pristine. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely community space a few feet away with playground, pool and lake. I would highly recommend this place

Great place! Close to town, super flexible host, has coffee and ingredients…you need to bring toiletries…hot tub under the stars was choice! 👌

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Adam was super responsive and helpful. The home is incredible for a large group. We were comfortable and also had enough space for alone time. We all just kept saying that we wish we could live there. Will absolutely be coming back!

Orchard Nook was exactly as presented in the photos and description. Elizabeth was very responsive and provided clear directions to the location and also clear instructions for our stay. Orchard Nook was perfect for our two day getaway to see the beautiful fall foliage on the Seneca Skyway. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The house was in a very quiet and private area (not a neighborhood) about 20-30 min from Davis WV. very clean, furnishings were very dated but very well kept and neat, easily could sleep 7-8 adults, bathroom was a little small but very well furnished and clean, plenty of towels, living area was kind of small but could fit 4-6 comfortably. I would visit again.

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. The house is cozy and well stocked, with restaurants, shops, and a grocery store just a short walk away. Heather provided very complete information before we arrived, and there were lots of brochures and books with information about the local area. Along with the many outdoor activities, the little towns of Davis and Thomas are charming and friendly places to visit. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was great. Very clean. No-one showed to fix gas fireplace and gas tank for outside pit was low but we turned up the heat and was cozy comfort. Great place to rent and friendly host, highly recommended.

This was a quick family vacation for us. The spacious house met all our needs! We loved the river and saw otters the morning we left. The house was well stocked with linens and cookware and the washer/dryer was so helpful! I highly recommend this rental and thank Patti for sharing her home with us!

My weekend stay at the lake side house was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake access with a dock. We spent our days fishing and managed to catch over 20 fish - it was such a fun and relaxing experience. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This house felt so cozy and comfortable! Check-in was easy and check-out instructions were clear. The house was clean and we appreciated the little amenities to get our stay started, including the coffee! We would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again if we are in the area. We had a wonderful stay in Oxana's place! The house is very modern, spacious and just overall nice. Its walkable to the slopes (lower twister), so, it was perfect for our ski vacation. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Oxana responded immediately with the information we requested. We will be back for sure!

Great location on the creek. Was good for swimming and fishing. Everything you could need for a homely stay was provided. She thought of everything. Very prompt with communication and even stopped by one day to gather trash and to see if we needed anything.

The house was great! Very quite location in the middle of the mountains. We used the White Barn for our wedding venue and it was right on the property. There is a decent amount of outdoor space on the property. Brittany was a very responsive host.
