La Escondida is an excellent place to rest comfortably and quietly. The place was spotless and had a very homely aroma. Excellent recommendation.

Absolutely perfect spot to stay for our trip to Big Bend. Located just a few minutes outside the entrance to the park as well as about 5-10 mins from Terlingua ghost town. There’s a good restaurant attached to the Airbnb that we had both a yummy dinner and a breakfast at, as well as plenty of good eats close by in the ghost town. The room was just as pictured and described in the listing. They also provided a guest book with lots of local recommendations for hikes, things to do, food, advice, etc.

We loved our time here. Everything was great starting right at booking. Hosts were responsive and informative. The place was comfy, clean and well stocked with a beautiful view.

Fantastic, quite location which accomodated our needs. Excellent area for Astrophotography. Host quickly responds via the App. We didn't have any issues or needs, but definitely feel if we did, things would have been tended to quickly. Welcome book is over the top! Have never had one with THAT much infomation. Looking forward to planning our next adventure to Big Bend!
