Monthly Rentals in The Patch

We attended a local wedding nearby and this was the perfect accommodation for this. Super close by to the middle of the town, very easy walk. This is the perfect granny flat with all the amenities you could need. Very comfy bed, and great kitchen and bathroom spaces. Very clear instructions made it easy to use and check in. We plugged in our electric car to charge with no problem and left some cash to cover the extra usage. I would highly recommend this stay, and would gladly visit again.

A charming little cottage with a tonne of character. Rob and Libby were very generous hosts who made us feel very welcome with fresh juice and baked goods. We also requested at the last minute to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate us with no fuss. I'm going to miss the peace and solitude of their humble abode.

I turned up a little early and Andrew was very accommodating. Their hospitality and property were warm and welcoming. I was very comfortable and small gestures of kindness and gifts made the stay successful and satisfying. The property surroundings were beautiful and the local district a delight. I would definitely consider staying again if requiring accommodation in the district and highly recommended Andrew, Penny and their property to you all! 👍🍾

Amy’s place was just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, with a lovely aesthetic and an easy walk to Emerald Lake Park. Amy was friendly, helpful and check in was easy. Id definitely stay again.
