Monthly Rentals in The Bronx

Don was so friendly and it was wonderful to be able to stay at his place. The room was spacious and had lots of plants! It was clean and nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The apartment was really close to a subway which was convenient. At night, the place could be a little loud due to street noise but it was okay for the most part. I had a lovely time staying and would highly recommend it!

This place does the job. Markus is a great host: hospitable, friendly, quick to respond. Only drawback is the place is pretty far from the train and no living room kinda sucks but very nice bathroom and a queen bed and desk makes a personal living space an awesome deal.

3rd time at the location. Easy check-in, great communication, responsive and accommodating. Great location outside of the city. 10 minute walk to the 1 train. Many grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in walking distance. Highly recommend the space and hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Channelta's place. The unit was exactly as described and located right next to a subway stop with express lines into Manhattan. the decor was charming, and the unit was stocked with all the amenities I needed for my long stay. overall I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
