Perfect spot to view the mountain from our deck. The location was private, you felt tucked away even though there were houses around it. We had wild turkeys visit every day and a bunny and a doe w/ twins, too. The place was clean except for under the upstairs bunk beds.....dusty. The kitchen was well stocked. We had problems with the screens in one bedroom, they fell out when trying to open windows. Otherwise, all was perfect for our getaway!

The home was in a beautiful setting, well stocked, plenty of space to spread out with quiet, comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive and made our stay so peasant!

This cabin was great for the weekend to board at hoodoo. Super close to the mountain and Sisters. Really comfy place with all amenities you would need. Everything was super clean so I was able to relax. The host checked in via message proactively to help provide guidance about the cabin and area.

Would stay again! Its a beautiful spot. The airbnb itself is rustic, but cozy.

Great little getaway that's close to the hot springs, lots of hikes, and the river.

We just returned from a long weekend at Laura‘s place. What a beautifully decorated and impeccably designed home. This is our second stay and will return again if we find ourselves renting in Black Butte.

We were in the area for a wedding. Sandra's place was one of the better places I found. It was clean and in a great location not far off of the highway and close to our venue. I wish that we had packed a cooler of food as there is not a grocery store in the area so we had to eat out which was pretty limited, but we made it work. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of throw blankets for lounging on the couch since it poured rain the entire time we were there. We would recommend this as a great place to stay if you're in the area. Just remember you are VERY remote, so pack food, not just snacks (the Chevron has plenty of those)

Very cozy and clean cabin. The reservoir is across the highway from the place and it was easy to find things to do and see. The bathtub was fabulous and we especially loved the breakfast nook. The beds were uber comfie! The 3-Star rating for communication is for Evolve, the property manager as I relied on the property owner and her daughter for information-they were so helpful and kind. Definitely would stay here again!

This property shines because of Michael's communication and accommodations. This clean / updated cabin was a great find with a lots of history. We appreciated the short walk to the McKenzie River & we hope others enjoyed this cabin as much as we did!

Lovely stay at the Carriage House. Sally was incredibly helpful and reached out to us when we were running late to be sure we could find the place. She also had a clean and well appointed space. My husband and I spent two action packed days cross-country skiing and enjoyed coming home to hot water and a comfortable bed at the end of the day. Highly recommend!!!

The riverside cabins were a dream. Right on the water you could feel the energy as you cozy up to the wood burning fireplace. It was truly a peaceful and easy adventure of a weekend. We very much look forward to returning!

This dainty cabin on the cliffs edge of the McKenzie river was everything I had hoped for and more. The hosts are incredibly friendly and the entire space is great for a getaway.

What a place! The best part of the stay was being in such a serene setting. The cabin did the job. The outdoor showers overlooking the river were amazing, and we enjoyed the sauna too. As others mentioned, our cell provider doesn't cover the area, and we could only get wifi from Steve's home if we held the phone in particular spots (or walked 50 feet toward his house). This was actually a big plus, as it helped everyone in our group set down the phones, unplug, and be present in nature. Loved it!

Absolutely Breathtaking Stay! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The view was absolutely stunning — we could have spent all day just gazing out at the scenery. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, every moment felt magical. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the incredible surroundings. The host was friendly and responsive. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and take in some of the most beautiful views you’ll ever see, this is it. Can’t wait to return!

Great stay! House was cozy and the kids loved playing in all the snow! Finding the place was a little bit tricky but the directions given were very helpful. Rick was a great host but only very minor complaint was that he was a bit slow to answer when I had questions but I’m assuming he was probably just busy. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at Loloma Lodge and absolutely recommend staying there! Loloma is charming and we enjoyed wandering the magical grounds. When I texted the lodge inquiring about more kindling for our fireplace they immediately responded and then provided supplies in a timely manner. Loloma Lodge is conveniently located near top area experiences such as Blue Pool, Koosah Falls, Sahalie Falls, Clear Lake, and Terwilliger Hot Springs.

This plane exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back

Went in the beginning of January and lots of snow. Time there was very quiet getaway, not much foot traffic so we were there mostly by ourselves.

This place is so peaceful and beautiful! One of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed at! Very clean and the host was very accommodating def will be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait to come back and see it in the summer!!!
