This tiny house is quaint and cozy but has all the trappings of a modern home. It has a full size kitchen, bath, dining area, work station, TV loft, and bedroom. We built the house and the surrounding area with the sole purpose in mind to create a perfect, comfortable, memorable getaway in nature. What makes our rental truly unique is the wildlife that roams our property. In the yard you can expect to see deer, birds, squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks. We are close to town yet away from it all.

You're invited to stay at Kart Haus, located in the River Camp development on Bend's west side. Located in the middle of an outdoor recreational heaven: Kart Haus is 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor's slopes and surrounding trails and just steps to the Deschutes River Trail, an oasis for walking, running and biking. Year-round, you're a short drive from downtown, the Old Mill District, tasty eateries, cafes and brewpubs.

Our Bungalow has easy access to Mt. Bachelor, Bend's famous mountain bike trails, one mile from OSU Cascades, very near Old Mill shopping and dining, and easy access to downtown Bend, also. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the comfy bed, and private access to your space. The Bungalow is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our neighborhood pool is open May through August.

Newly built in 2019. Enjoy easy access to everything by bike, car, or foot with this wonderful location close to shops, restaurants, and pubs on Century Drive and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. The Deschutes River Trail is a 5 minute walk and the bike trail is a 1 minute walk. This connects to the Haul Trail & Phil's trail. Enjoy the hot tub after a day on the trails or ski slopes.
