Terwilliger Hot Springs vacation rentals

It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a lot!

We had 6 adults, 2 teens, a 3 year old and 2 dogs and the house fit us comfortably, a bed for everyone. The amenities were just as they said. Although the house is a bit dated and the kitchen could use some new pans, it was clean and private with a large outdoor area for kids and dogs to run. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions I had.

Beautiful home and so close to the lake. We stayed here during a visit at Brownsville for Thanksgiving with my family. This place was perfect for our family to relax comfortably after our visits in Brownsville. The kitchen was great and offered many options for us to cook some of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes there since other kitchen in Brownsville was full. Erica’s place will not disappoint.

Amazing accommodations right down to the pre-set firewood in the fire place. Just strike the match! Lots of firewood and kindling available for inside and out. The bed was very comfortable, I think it was like a tatami bed or something. Fyi this cabin is part of a small lodge. There are a few other cabins and camping spots. We didn't realize this but it didn't make a difference in our stay. Also we followed GPS and it turned us just a little early. Make sure you turn at the Horse Creek Lodge sign and follow hosts directions!!! We plan to stay here again!!

The setting and area was just beautiful. Close to hiking and Hot Springs. Would love to come back in the summer to utilize the back porch! Being able to see the river from the dining room and living room was lovely.

Bonnie and Steve’s cabin was beautiful, cozy and super clean and organized. The amenities were plentiful with special touches everywhere. They left refreshments for us in the refrigerator and drawing supplies for my grand daughter. I hope to get back to the area and will certainly stay at the cabin again when I do.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was a very cozy getaway. While it was cold and rainy while we were there, we still enjoyed the view of the river. We even bundled up and enjoyed the screened-in porch for a bit. Both beds were comfortable, and the lines were amazing.

We had a great experience with Melanie as a host! We ended not even staying at her home and cancelled the day of because of some complications and she worked with us for a refund despite a no-refund policy. Would recommend Melanie to others!

Great for a weekend getaway or if you work on the RD and cannot tow your trailer, it gives you the options to cook your own meals, do your laundry (which is huge when you live in laundry mats on the weekend) best thing was the house heated up fairly quick, so after a soaker of a day it was amazing to get a hot shower and step out into a warm house.
