Contemporary 3 Bedroom 2bath Country Living

ErikaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We were in the area for a wedding. Sandra's place was one of the better places I found. It was clean and in a great location not far off of the highway and close to our venue. I wish that we had packed a cooler of food as there is not a grocery store in the area so we had to eat out which was pretty limited, but we made it work. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of throw blankets for lounging on the couch since it poured rain the entire time we were there. We would recommend this as a great place to stay if you're in the area. Just remember you are VERY remote, so pack food, not just snacks (the Chevron has plenty of those)

The Mckenzie House w/ sauna & outdoor shower

NatRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing stay at the McKenzie House! We wanted to enjoy some time relaxing and we got just that! The dogs loved the big open yard to play fetch. The hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax outside. The house has just about everything you could need. We enjoyed the back deck - it was still such a nice scene with the river flowing by! I think the only thing we would love to see is an updated kitchen because the drawers weren't working too well and the stove-top had trouble keeping an even heat. But these are not things to keep us away - we would definitely love to make it back to this house! And we will recommend it to all our friends! Thank you!

Cozy One Room Cottage

PhoebeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was amazing and Markus is such a kind and helpful host. Unfortunately the outdoor shower and some of the bathroom features wouldn’t work for us because of some pipe issues due to cold weather. That was what we were most excited about, so I do wish we had come at a warmer part of the year. Mark was helpful and kind anyway and even gave us some homemade treats. Overall great place, but wouldn’t recommend it for winter months if the outdoor shower is your thing:)

Lost Creek Guesthouse near Hot Springs, Hoodoo

DanRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Liz & Corey’s place is a magical get-a-way. This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The McKenzie bridge area is beautiful and their property also fits that description, with the adjacent creek and majestic moss-covered fir trees. Everything we could have needed was provided. My wife and I were Airbnb hosts for a couple years and maintained a five -star rating. I only regret Airbnb’s rating system doesn’t allow me to award Liz and Corey a sixth star!

We had a great weekend fly fishing trip in Oakridge, the rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the hot tub, the record player and the close access to the River for great fishing. Its in a beautiful location I would like to explore more.

Wrens Nest, river, golf, fish, hike, raft, relax!

SandraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This is a place to go to when you want to escape reality, connect with family, or just rest and have a magical experience! The lodge is warm, clean, and situated beautifully in the middle of a peaceful forest. You wake up every day to the sound of the McKenzie River rushing by, the sound of little birds singing while imbibing the pure air of the pines trees. The town folks will receive you very warmly, and look into the local restaurants as well. I highly recommend the Brisket at McKenzie Station Pub! Roxane’s place is the greatest, and me and my family have been thankful for such a wonderful host!
