Absolutely beautiful spot on the lake, and love the coffee shop!

I had a great stay here. Location is PRIME. Far enough out you don’t hear the noise but close enough to walk to broadway (about 1 mile). Lots of food really close by. Walk to the river front park easily. House had everything you need. It was bigger than I was expecting personally. Host is friendly and responsive and works with an animal shelter. As stated in listing the stairs are steep and not suitable for everyone. I recommend packing light for carrying up and down stairs. If you are driving and an over-packer I would suggest multiple smaller bags rather than a big suitcase as accessibility will be safer that way. Can’t beat location for the price

Our stay wrapped around Christmas. We were staying near family who lived nearby in SoKno. The owners had a nice Christmas tree set up which was perfect for our family to celebrate. The kitchen was awesome and had plenty of dishes and cookware to create several amazing meals. Grill and backyard were perfect additions to a great place! Also any dog owners should know in advance the yard is not completely fenced in and the fee is per dog per day. We had no issues and would highly recommend as it’s very conveniently located in SoKno and park near the river with a playground. Front of home located on a well used road so some vehicle noise can be heard.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Check in was super simple, beds were comfortable, and great dining options within walking distance. We loved this location-convenient and easy access to all things Nashville.

Fran was proactive and extremely easy to deal with, making this a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Great value for the price and location made it an easy walk to the downtown and distillery.

What a blast from the past! I felt like I was walking into my Granny’s house again. I enjoyed so much walking through each room and observing all the little vintage treasures. The pink tiled bathroom with the pink flamingos was so charming. Loved it! Most important to me: the bed was comfortable. Don’t know about the twin beds but the main bedroom was very comfortable. Also loved the fenced yard for my little doggie. Had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Our family loved staying here! We had everything needed, and we will definitely be booking again on our next trip to visit our family in Fayetteville! Shea was very friendly and responsive, and the home was so cozy and unique, we just loved it.

we were in town for a wedding and her place was closer than we could have hoped for to the wedding venue. The home was so comfortable and well stocked. we wished we would have had more time to just relax "at home"!!! The kitchen had everything you could ever need and we really enjoyed the hot tub it was so relaxing. She was so nice and helpful to us. We hope to stay there again if we go back for a visit.

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Blake was very accommodating on short notice. The pictures fully represent his condo. The furnishings are very tasteful and the view is stunning. It was a perfect retreat and a relaxing experience. The condo is located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. To top it all off, his place was very clean and well maintain. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the Nashville experience.

Excellent stay. If we come back to Nashville, we will likely book this same place! Quiet location with a river view — yet close to everything, what’s not walkable is cheap few minute Uber ride away.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved having the pool access.

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
