Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tennessee River

The house was very nice and spacious. It worked well for our group of 7 plus 2 dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and the couch and bedding were very comfortable.

Beautiful home tucked away with a large area for the kids to run and play out back. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the main area of the home was gorgeous. Only 15 minutes to Helen!

Ben and Tori's place was perfect for our family vacation. They gave us a list of activities in the area along with places to eat. All great recommendations, I just wish we were there longer and could have hiked some trails. We felt welcomed even before we checked in. Definitely on our list to stay here again! Thank you Ben and Tori for being amazing hosts and for providing a beautiful home for a memorable vacation.

Joan is the most kind and giving Airbnb host I have ever met. If you ever had to grow up without a grandma like I did, Joan is what I imagined it would be like to have one! She is a very special lady who has perfected the art of southern hospitality.

Fantastic stay! the apartment was even better than expected. Clean, spacious with super comfy beds and high quality linens. The host was responsive when we needed to contact her with questions and even checked on his because of an unusual snow storm during our visit. Would totally stay here again.

An absolute beautiful place to stay while on vacation. Close to everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, private & a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge, it’s neat and cozy! Very peaceful surroundings and it’s so nice to enjoy the hot tub while it is raining and see the leaves falling off slowly! Also the host is extremely friendly and responsive. We definitely will come back for another vacation.

This place is the only place we will stay in Helen in the future. It is everything advertised, and more. The hosts were very patient and responsive with my questions, the instructions were clear and very concise - we drove right to it and had zero problems getting in. It is walking distance to everything in Helen, with the bonus of being a 5 minute walk (if you’re slow) to Betty’s store. If you need it, they have it, and their prices are excellent. I read all of the reviews before I booked, and address a few things mentioned in them: 1.) Yes, the unit is small. It is about the same size as a spacious motel room but has far more amenities: Garden hot tub plus spacious shower, a kitchen with a 2-burner stove, plenty of dishes/cookware, and while the fridge is a mini, we had no problem making breakfast, sandwiches, etc. Everything is there to give you the option of cooking and dining in. The porch is spacious and private, and we had no disturbances from upstairs or next-door neighbors.

Spacious accommodations. Very well equipped for both short and long term stays. Clean and well heated controlled by guests. Because our stay was in the winter, unfortunately we didn’t have the weather to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch. Maybe next time!

Our stay was fantastic! Absolutely loved that most things we wanted were in walking distance! Very clean very homey! Carmen literally thought of everything!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! SO roomy! 3 huge bedrooms-all with king size super comfy beds! 2 amazing bathrooms! The master bathroom was complete luxury! We loved it! Beautiful back porch with lots of seating areas! The Ridge Point community is so quiet & peaceful! We absolutely LOVED the pool access and we used it daily even tho it was super cold water because of the time of year! Hot tub was cold as well but we spent all our time in the pool anyway! It was so great to have the ability to swim with our little family each day! We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! So, so wonderful! The house is also super close to pickwick landing state park and the outpost which was SO convenient! Highly recommend both places! We shopped ate & got ice cream at the outpost daily! Beverly was wonderful! She communicated instantly & answered every 1 of my many questions! And she made the rental happen even tho we were super last minute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Beverly and this AMAZING house!!!

The Castle of Joy was everything my family needed. It was secluded, quiet and spacious. Most important it was comfortable. Definitely will return to this location.

My family enjoyed the weekend so much. The house has a lovely floorplan, a hot tub, pool and fire pit available for guest use. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

The space was perfect for what we needed! Very convenient for dog owners and the area was peaceful and quiet but easy to get to town. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and tons of rustic charm, perfect for the 8 adults/2 kids and 1 dog we had over Xmas! Rob is an excellent host and was very responsive, especially when my parents couldn’t find the house (which I later found out is because they had the wrong address 😂) And there was already a beautifully lit xmas free and decorated mantle so we didnt have to worry about getting a small one last minute 👏🎄 we had a little trouble navigating the TV's as a lot of the streaming apps required log ins, but we managed a few :) overall a lovely stay.
