Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tennessee River

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything went well. It was roomy comfortable big spacious place. We had a magnificent time there Would not hesitate to come back next time I am in that area I will definitely look to see if this is available to rent again. Rode my bikes right out. The driveway was in a half a block two blocks from a Greenway, beautiful riding around the neighborhood as well. Thanks so much for hosting us, urban and allowing us to stay at your beautiful property .

My husband, adult daughter & I are from the area and returned for a celebration of life for a dear friend. This rental was near the church building & convenient to the restaurants in the area. It was perfect with 3 bedrooms, but sharing one bathroom was a challenge. We did not use the hot tub or patio area in backyard, due to weather & lack of time. All beds had duvets, but we prefer lighter weight cover. The beds slept really well & we enjoyed watching the big screen Roku tv. It is a quaint little house that served our purpose. Our host was very responsive when we had questions, and had supplied us with chilled bottled water and snacks.

Thank you, Dawn, for being a kind and welcoming host. We hope to stay there again when visiting my parents. It was a perfect location and comfortable stay for our family.

Ben and Tori's place was perfect for our family vacation. They gave us a list of activities in the area along with places to eat. All great recommendations, I just wish we were there longer and could have hiked some trails. We felt welcomed even before we checked in. Definitely on our list to stay here again! Thank you Ben and Tori for being amazing hosts and for providing a beautiful home for a memorable vacation.

This is my second stay and always a great option when visiting Chattanooga! We appreciate the beautiful and comfortable home and the responsive & informative hosts. Comfy bed, great heating/ac, hot shower water, and well equipped kitchen area. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment! It was perfect for our weekend getaway—walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. We felt safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again next time we’re in Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge, it’s neat and cozy! Very peaceful surroundings and it’s so nice to enjoy the hot tub while it is raining and see the leaves falling off slowly! Also the host is extremely friendly and responsive. We definitely will come back for another vacation.

Amy and Todd were truly fantastic hosts—friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Their home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax. The location was ideal for me, as it was close to my daughter, and the surrounding area added so much to the charm of my visit. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus—it made my stay even more convenient. Amy and Todd went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. I can’t recommend their place enough and will absolutely be staying here again when I’m back to visit my daughter. Thank you, Amy and Todd, for such a wonderful experience! ---

This place is the only place we will stay in Helen in the future. It is everything advertised, and more. The hosts were very patient and responsive with my questions, the instructions were clear and very concise - we drove right to it and had zero problems getting in. It is walking distance to everything in Helen, with the bonus of being a 5 minute walk (if you’re slow) to Betty’s store. If you need it, they have it, and their prices are excellent. I read all of the reviews before I booked, and address a few things mentioned in them: 1.) Yes, the unit is small. It is about the same size as a spacious motel room but has far more amenities: Garden hot tub plus spacious shower, a kitchen with a 2-burner stove, plenty of dishes/cookware, and while the fridge is a mini, we had no problem making breakfast, sandwiches, etc. Everything is there to give you the option of cooking and dining in. The porch is spacious and private, and we had no disturbances from upstairs or next-door neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect and we recommend it for others. We had no problems but felt confident if we had Tony and Barb were right there to help. We definitely felt right at home. Thank you 😇

The house was absolutely gorgeous! SO roomy! 3 huge bedrooms-all with king size super comfy beds! 2 amazing bathrooms! The master bathroom was complete luxury! We loved it! Beautiful back porch with lots of seating areas! The Ridge Point community is so quiet & peaceful! We absolutely LOVED the pool access and we used it daily even tho it was super cold water because of the time of year! Hot tub was cold as well but we spent all our time in the pool anyway! It was so great to have the ability to swim with our little family each day! We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! So, so wonderful! The house is also super close to pickwick landing state park and the outpost which was SO convenient! Highly recommend both places! We shopped ate & got ice cream at the outpost daily! Beverly was wonderful! She communicated instantly & answered every 1 of my many questions! And she made the rental happen even tho we were super last minute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Beverly and this AMAZING house!!!

Had a great time at the castle with friends and family for my birthday, even enjoyed the dogs that came from the neighboring property on the day of leaving. Very peaceful, has everything you need on site, Thank you for a great memorable stay!

My family enjoyed the weekend so much. The house has a lovely floorplan, a hot tub, pool and fire pit available for guest use. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Wow! Just WOW!!! This place was amazing I can't say enough good things about this place. We came for my birthday surprise and when I say- I was surprised about how beautiful this place was!!! 😍 Peaceful, beautiful and amazing stay. I'd recommend this to everyone!

We had a great week at Kimberly’s villa! The Mountain View’s and fall colors were gorgeous! The fenced outdoor space was perfect for our small dogs. Villa was cozy and very comfortable. We enjoyed nearby hiking, eateries and visiting w family in Woodstock. Bent tree is a beautiful community. We would definitely stay here again!

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!
