A small clean property, just fine for a week in the sun. Everything you need is there. This is a place where nothing of previous occupants is kept, so bring your own salt ! Absolutely no complaints from us !

Super nice bungalow – as described and highly recommended. You felt very comfortable, everything was clean and modernly furnished. The bungalow is in a very quiet and private complex. Supermarket and bus connection are right nearby.

We are very happy with the experience here in this big and great villa. The layout of the house is perfect for many people, and we were a total of 8 adults + a baby. The house has all the amenities and the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful with views of the golf course and The Dunes. In addition, it was great with the heated pool. The outdoor area was actively used. We rented bikes to everyone and this way both shops, the restaurant, and other amenities were easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds in the 4 bedrooms were good and very convenient with 3 bathrooms. The living room was also great, with a large and good sofa group as well as a large dining table with room for everyone. Wishing you an amazing experience is this place!

Quiet neighborhood, great location. Lucie was very accommodating and responsive. Comfortable and equipped with most of the essentials. Beds were very firm. Swimming pool in back was pleasant. We were there in February and the pool was very cold. Back patio is great for sun all day and is very well arranged. It was sufficient for 4 adults staying there. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely authentic Canarian villa. Lovely established gardens with sun most of the day. Loved the games room, we spent many a night playing pool with a glass of wine in hand. Villa was well situated to explore Maspalomas, playa Del Ingles and Melonares. The host was super responsive if we needed anything. Thank you for a great week.

Great anfrition, who was eager to help even with things outside of the home that we ask for the house is as in the photos, I even leave us drinks in the fridge when we arrive, without pegas

We had an incredibly relaxed time staying at this great place! Here (by car) everything is possible: loungers in the hammock, cooling off in the pool, excursions into nature, to the sea, or to the volcanic crater... our 9 month old baby also had fun at the accommodation, in the sand or with the chickens. Annika and her family are super nice. They gave us honey and fruit from the huge garden and we were even allowed to pick a papaya ourselves. Thanks for this great time! We felt completely comfortable!

Everything was perfect, I had arranged to leave my case as my flight was early but when I arrived, everythimg was alrrady in.place for me to stay. Piotret met me and showed me around, a really good guy to have close by, incase you lock yourself out.😁 The bungalow is perect and in a superb location, close to everything and also very private. I would very gladly stay here again...and again. From start to finish, Renato was extremely helpful. Thank you so much David

Very central location with walking distance to most things. The apartment is located on a busy street so traffic was heard very well. The host communicated clearly, promptly and graciously. The very best thing about the apartment is its own farm, with both sun and shade. In the kitchen there was most of it, but if you cook often and a lot of food in the apartment, there were not always enough kitchen utensils (e.g. glasses, wine glasses, sharp knives). It made for a very nice trip and stay at this property!f

Stayed here for a week with my wife & 2 young kids! Had everything we needed beautiful home. The roof top decking with sea view makes this place a stand out from the rest. Hosted brilliantly by Juan & his wife we will be back in the future hopefully

Lionel met us upon arrival and responded very quickly to any questions. The house is tucked away inside a gated community. There was a pool which was rarely used (a bit cold in early February!) We particularly liked the rear patio which had some quirky and individual features.

We had an amazing time! the bungalow was perfect, the other residents were really friendly will definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to chill worth every penny !!!

This is a classic Spanish bungalow. It is located close to the Yumbo and restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store very close by, which is very convenient. The airport bus stops right outside. The bungalow has a large, beautiful private garden. There is also a barbecue, which we used several times. There was no noise or problems. We stayed in the bungalow for 32 days, and had a very nice time there. Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles is a gem on Gran Canaria. So much fun to do. The bed was a bit hard though. Some people like it, others don't.

Marcel is adorable and wanted to welcome us himself despite the late hour. The house is in a very quiet area, with access to the communal pool (very friendly) and particularly well located for visiting the island. In our case, in addition, there were particularly close activities (diving in Arinaga and climbing room in Telde). The rest was not too far to reach (surfing in Las Palmas 1/2h, mountain biking near Firgas and Teror barely longer). The only “concern” was to share a single bathroom with the only toilet inside when you have 2 teenagers;-) We do not hear planes (sometimes fighter jets but it has nothing to do with the airport). We just heard a dog sometimes, and on the weekend the neighbor who was chatting a little late with friends outside but when he was asked to make less noise, they apologized and are annuity immediately. The neighborhood is really peaceful.

David is a very kind host and we felt at home from the very first minute. The appartment has everything you need. We were there for cycling and cooked at the house several times. A supermarket is in walking distance and all the essentials for cooking are there. To check in, David met us in person, gave a tour of the appartment and showed us around. He went the extra mile and even picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived and helped us with recommendations for local bars and food and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. I can't wait to come back and book this appartment again.

The house is beautiful , the views are great.. comfortable beds.. it has everything you need for everyday life, washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher, ... the perfect garage for 2 cars.. amazing living room... we have stayed 8 adults perfectly. Mel, despite not seeing us in person, has been pending. Perfect location to visit the rest of the island and will return to a quiet place to rest.. that is essential car.. We highly recommend it. Stephanie and Pablo's villa is spectacular and with all the luxuries of details and amenities. Both are nearby hosts and available at all times to offer assistance or resolve questions if needed. A 10 out of 10 accommodation.

Great place for everything. 10 minutes to the motorway and yet super quiet. it's an oasis and has everything. Highly recommended for families !!! Thank you for a great holiday

The house is nice. The pool, large and clean. The terrace deserves some work but we went there much more. A 10-minute drive from Puerto Mogan which is beautiful. A 2-minute walk to a convenience store, very convenient. We would recommend this listing.

I really enjoyed this space, very private and peaceful. It was spacious, clean and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Marco was very friendly and helpful, staying very late to let me in, due to a missed flight. Highly recommended, I will hopefully visit again soon.
