Flat is very close to the Parque San Telmo and the San Telmo bus terminal (airport bus), five minutes walk from the Avenida Maritima and the pedestrian and shopping area of Triana and 10 minutes walk from Vegueta (the old part of town). Coffee shop next to the building and supermarket just in front. Paid parking 24 hours, available at 5 minutes walk.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, hospitales, parques, playas… En estos momentos la piscina se encuentra en mantenimiento y estará cerrada.
