Monthly Rentals in Te Kōhanga / Shipwreck Bay

We had a great experience at this venue! Initially, I was a bit hesitant about its proximity to the road, but it turned out to be surprisingly private. The modern setup was fantastic, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Jon was excellent to communicate with, he knew exactly when to check in and when to give us space. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stylish yet peaceful getaway!

This was our second stay at Jo's place It has everything we need in a lovely peaceful spot, beautiful view of the ocean and sunset, dairy and takeaways in walking distance, very close to beach access, comfy beds, good outdoor space, easy parking, friendly helpful hosts and a very cute little doggo! I'm sure we'll back for more

I’m a solo traveler in NZ. Stumbled across this beach cottage on 90 mile beach. Boy did I hit a home run. Great cottage. Well appointed kitchen. And the location!!!! Manon&Nev went way way pass themselves in making my 7 day stay a delight. Great communication. So helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The house is right on the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and made everything easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
