The Black Pearl is a little gem of a place. Great location on the island, easy distance to Oneroa, the car ferry and the vineyards etc. Kurt was super helpful after we couldn't get to the island on the day we had booked as all the ferries were canceled due to cyclone weather. We finally made it and had a great stay. Love the local bowling club opposite for a bite to eat. Will absolutely book again.

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spot in Mangawhai, views from the kitchen and lounge areas are amazing. The home was spotless and is the perfect venue for exploring everything that Mangawhai has to offer. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, absolutely love this beach cottage and will definitely be back to stay. Very homely with a Beautiful view. Thoughtfully designed for a great stay. Everything was as described & promised. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine on arrival. Loved the wooden spa and the electric blankets were great. Very impressed with the little things supplied such as condiments in pantry/ fridge and also in laundry. Would suggest to anyone booking to have a car to this property as the road to property is up a decent hill with no footpath but still doable walking if need be..

What a beautiful place Honor has! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic week in Mangawhai. The energy felt amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Thanks again Honor and we will certainly be back in the future!

Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

The studio was a perfect place for couples looking for a home while exploring Waiheke. It has all the ammenities needed, truly tidy, and the kitchen was everything you could ask for and more. The property feels very private even with other units around. And the pool of course, is such a plus that's much needed after some outdoor activities on the island. Dan (and Jackson the dog too!) was the most accommodating host ever. We appreciated how helpful he was and how he checks up on us to make sure everthing is going well during the stay :)

It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

This accommodation was outstanding, the best airbnb we have stayed in. Location was perfect for our needs. Instructions were spot on and Joanne responded to communications extremely quickly. Everything we could want was at the accommodation including fully stocked tea, coffee, milk… and even some treats. The rooms were very spacious and the furniture very comfy and cool. Excellent 👌

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah's. The swimmjng pool, ping ping, pool table, darts and multiple televisions kept our family well entertained. The house is so well equipped that we had a fabulous time despite the ex tropical cyclone weather. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family getaway. You will not be dissapointed.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

Unit is quite small but perfect for my requirements as I was travelling solo. Palm Beach location is ideal for quiet, relaxing holiday as out of the main tourist areas but has reasonable cafe and restaurant next to the beach. Buses go passed the front door for easy access to all other parts of the island. Would happily stay here again.

An absolutely fantastic place to unwind! Mark was incredibly accommodating, with excellent communication throughout. The location is stunning—perfect for both relaxation and adventure. If you have dogs, they’ll love it just as much as we did! The views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Plus, with Waipu and Langs Beach just a short drive away, there are plenty of great spots to explore. The Waipu Glow Worm Caves, only five minutes away, are a must-visit. Nicollette’s place was the perfect getaway—serene, beautiful, and unbelievably peaceful. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole space just had this calm, grounding energy. The house itself was clean and tidy, with super comfortable beds and a pristine kitchen that made us feel right at home. The spacious grounds were amazing to walk around, and in warmer weather, you could just throw down a towel or mat and read on the grass. Loved the little details too—plenty of fridge and freezer space, great WiFi, and even a lawn game to keep us entertained. Plus, Nicollette was an incredible host, super responsive to any random questions we had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to unwind for a weekend.

We absolutely loved staying in the cute caravan! It was super calm and almost felt like the only neighbors were some adorable chickens. Cozy bed, nice shower and beautiful nature wherever you were looking🌿 Donna was super kind and always happy to help, if needed. Would definitely recommend if you want to escape the city for a bit 🔅

Fabulous host - clean apartment and very well stocked

Staying at this place for a couple of months, feels like my home away from home. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are all great. Bobbie responds quickly to any requests with good information.

We loved our stay at Anette's place. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and has a friendly homely feel. Great shower, a very comfortable king size bed, cosy sitting room and a very friendly cat. It's a very short walk down to the beach and we really enjoyed our evening walks along the walkway. Anette was helpful, and available any time, but otherwise gave us privacy. We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful, Private, Cozy. Great location, so close to the Airport and Shops. Everything we needed for breakfast. Marjorie was absolutely lovely. Will definitely stay again. 😊🖤
