Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes from Muriwai and easy access to amenities. Clean and quiet space, a great base for exploring the region.

The house was equipped with everything that we could want. The sunrise in the morning was amazing.

We were here for a week and have already booked our next stay! Perfect spot for sailing from Milford Cruising Club. Really lovely home, very quiet with everything we needed to cook, work and relax. A walk down Milford Beach was a beautiful start to the morning and shops are close by. Sharon is one of the best hosts I've ever had on Air BnB. Thanks for having us.

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Wei is very responsive and caring. We’d certainly love to visit and stay again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan's place in Algies Bay and would highly recommend to others. Hope to be back there again soon for our next fishing trip and other occasions with the family.

If you're looking for a little slice of Paradise a lazy 5 min walk to Ruakaka beach don't go past Donna's place. It's welcoming, has everything you need, great hot water shower (indoor & outdoor are both hot!) and the beds are super cozy with beautiful crisp linen. The perfect getaway for a couple or a crowd. Gorge little seaside home with oodles of character and stunning views across to the beach. Perfect place to unwind, read a book and listen to the sound of the waves. A short walk for a dip in the estuary and cafes and shops. Amanda was super responsive and a great host! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay , Dan left a porta cot for my baby in the room which was so convenient for myself as I didn’t have to lug mine around for my trip , house was tidy and spacious , quiet neighbourhood , great communications would definately stay again

Lovely few days with family. Very much enjoyed sitting on the deck admiring the view and the stars.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a handy location. The kitchen was well set up for self catering. The beds were comfortable, and the AC and fans were most appreciated with the hot sticky weather. The bathroom was super clean and the shower has good water pressure. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful spot in Mangawhai, views from the kitchen and lounge areas are amazing. The home was spotless and is the perfect venue for exploring everything that Mangawhai has to offer. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

This place was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious—it almost felt like a shame we didn’t have more people to share it with! The views were breathtaking, especially the sunrise, which I made sure to wake up for every morning. There was so much room to relax, and the bathrooms, complete with tubs, were a big hit with my son. Amy was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and very accommodating. I can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to fully enjoy this amazing property!

Vicki hosted me, my partner and our cat as I had business to attend to in Whangārei. The place was just as described in the listing with clear instructions and prompt communication which suited our needs. Vicki was also understanding of our travel arrangements and was able to accomodate our added request which I appreciated. I didn't get a chance to write in the visitor's book but I sure would've shared the same positive feedback. A highlight for me was seeing a kererū in the tree (which I don't get to see in Auckland). Our cat had a blast and was settled.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

This is a beautiful apartment with excellent views, a great outdoor setting, and a well-equipped kitchen with a good-quality Kettle and coffee machine. Good linen and towels, five-star all the way. Very responsive host . Highly recommended.

My family and I really love Lorraine’s dream home,everything is perfect, far beyond my expectations.The location is the best, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the beach, and there are lots of lovely bistros and a great supermarket here, you can get all the things you need.
