Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tavernier

We enjoyed fishing off the dock. We caught grunts, mangrove snapper, schoolmaster snapper, and a nurse shark (on accident). The lot has water on two sides with a very spacious yard. I spent evenings reading on the screened porch which has great fans to keep you cool. The house is very clean & comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great place and host. Washing and putting away dishes is more than expected.

Marcial's place was perfect for our family of 4. The building was quiet and the unit was exactly as described. Marcial communicated with us on our first and last day to ensure we were having a good time and to see if we needed anything. The resort is great... we spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming here again in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Carolina's! We all felt right at home. Comfortably decorated, well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the water! We really didn't want to leave! We're already thinking of coming back next year!

This is our second time staying at Luis’ place. It was great. His place has pool noodles, tennis rackets and beach towels which are perfect for enjoying the pool and tennis court at Ocean Pointe. We had a minor issue but Luis was responsive and we ended up being able to flip the circuit breaker ourselves. We would stay here again in the future.

I booked this unit as a getaway retreat for me and my best friends, and it delivered everything we were hoping for ! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean (which are important factors for me!) and the resort style community was so fun to explore. Special thanks to our host Fernando for his friendly hospitality and service that made this feel like the perfect home away from home !

I recently enjoyed a staycation and am so glad I chose this place! The managers were incredibly responsive and welcoming. The ocean view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Overall we enjoyed our time here. It can be hard to find from the road but has a rustic charm to it. Enjoyed kayaking and time in the tiki hut by the water.

Great place! Kids had fun fishing off the dock! Had our morning visit from the our favorite manatee. Beach was very close and very clean with plenty of seating. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax this would be a great place. Most restaurants and things to do is around 10-15 min drive.

We really enjoyed staying here. There are not many places you can rent and see Manatees everyday in your backyard! The canal is right there. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect for what we needed-2 couples in town for a wedding-but the best part was the back yard that leads straight to the waterfront view. Wish we could have spent more time there!

A very affordable, adorable RV right near shopping in Key Largo. I rented for my son and his fiance and 4 month old baby to escape the aftermath of Hurricane Milton up in Sarasota county. They enjoyed the privacy and the Publix nearby. They also kept busy doing the various puzzles that were available for use, being that it was an unplanned vacation with little money to enjoy The Keys. I will rent again when other family and friends come down.

We absolutely LOVED this place, it was perfect for a quick getaway. We will definitely be back and we’ll bring the kids next time!

We loved our stay here! Driving into Key Largo on the main highway I was unsure of the area, but the Mariners Club property is beautiful and quiet and clean. There is security 24/7 so I felt completely safe. The property is kept up very well. The pool is amazing, and although there is no beach it does overlook the ocean. The inside of the condo was very clean and updated. The king bed on the third floor was very comfortable and there are room darkening blinds to keep the sun from waking you. We were very pleased with our stay and with Jose’s responsiveness and communication. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

We loved every minute at Jose and Estela's and didn't want to leave. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. The complex is wonderful - the saltwater lagoon stocked with beautiful fish was a definite highlight. If you stay here, bring your snorkels! We even got lucky and saw a manatee in the marina right outside our building. Tons to do in the area, even in the off-season. Can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Close to many restaurants and a great place for divers to stay at. Very short distance to rainbow reef dive center and the nondivers in our group enjoyed the nearby parks and beaches. The main bedroom only has 1 king bed despite listing stating 2 king beds and the 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds each with a trundle so can definitely sleep 6 as the listing states. The king bed was very soft and comfy and the single beds were pretty firm so everyone in our party picked the firmness they wanted. The house had plenty of essentials available and we were able to cook a few meals. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Unfortunately the wifi password wasn't working when we stayed but we all had cell phone signal so no big deal. The downstairs shower is a very small walk in shower so might be tight for most people but the upstairs shower is a normal tub size. Pool and playground right outside the back patio so very convenient. Overall great place to stay

Very clean and cozy place! Well kept and clean. Nice decor to go with atmosphere! Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Watched the sunset and Manatees from the picnic table on dock. Plenty of choices for Restaurants in area & kitchen amenities perfect for quick meal at home. Quick access to boat rental and snorkeling.

Laura's apartment was just as pictured, and was clean and comfortable. Laura was extremely responsive and was flexible with check out times. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

Casa Fish was a perfect place to stay for our father/daughter vacation. We felt very comfortable, each with our own spaces and bathrooms. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. No issues, no complaints, we would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! So much to do at the property and our teenagers were never bored. Can’t wait to go back to Key Largo and stay at Jose’s place again.
