Rutu's place is located right in the heart of Nelson, walking distance to everything. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing stay. The table tennis table was a great bonus feature of the already awesome living space. We would be keen to come back and stay for a longer period next time, this apartment is well worth booking if you are exploring Nelson for a few days and need a home away from home.

This place was the perfect location for our two days in Nelson. Easy access to our activities. Nice comfortable place. One thing to be aware of is that the septic machine is loud and it goes off whenever water goes down a drain. Note anproblem for us. Just. Be aware.

Lovely pleasant warm well insulated place. Good location for exploring Nelson region by car. Good local walks. Nice place for families.

Fantastic home for a family holiday, mere minutes from a beautiful swimming beach. The house had such a lovely feel, accommodated the whole family easily, had great outdoors dining space and was super close to town. Hayley our host was really responsive. Highly recommend

Beautiful spot near town with plenty of space for our family of 5. This backyard is amazingly peaceful and full of every kind of flower! Enjoying the yard was a highlight for us after a long drive. The house was very clean and comfortable! Great size for everyone to be able to spread out before packing back in the car.

We loved our 1 week stay for our summer holiday in Moteuka. We loved staying somewhere rural with beautiful views, but a quick 5 min drive to town. Yvette and Ross are such friendly hosts. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We all loved the pond area, warm enough to swim, paddleboard, or sit in our rings and relax in! The house was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Appreciated all the included things we could use in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry, makes a big difference not having to buy all of these extras. Wonderful big deck. The bedrooms did get hot at night for sleeping, fans were provided though and there is aircon in the living area. Smaller studio unit underneath the main house can be rented too if traveling with more people. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you

We had a wonderful time staying at Anne-Marie's house. She was friendly and easy to communicate with, making the experience enjoyable. A special thanks to Anne-Marie for the surprise spa pool, kids really enjoyed it.

Great place for our family group, the large family bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs suited our families requirements perfectly. Great secure outdoor space for kids.
