This was a great peaceful place to stay. It allowed us to spread out and enjoy the rural surrounds. The property exceeded our expectations and Alistair was very responsive. To our questions. The new outdoor baths were a favourite, as were the multiple parts of the deck to enjoy at different times of the day.

Lou was an incredible host! Such a beautiful house, well stoked and very kiddy friendly. So close to the beach! Perfect for a big family get together and celebration! Thank you for your hospitality and flexibility! Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you and your whānau! 💙❤️🧡💚💜💛

The home was lovely and spacious with comfortable beds, in a great location for the beach, walks and biking.

This home was really spacious and so comfortable, with everything we needed. It was extremely good value for a family, and a bonus was the unexpectedly pretty setting only a short drive from central Nelson. The back garden was fully fenced, perfect for our dog and probably great for small kids too. The house was immaculate and very private and we'd definitely choose it again.

Great place to stay with amazing views. Would highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay here! The bed was super comfortable and the lounge space was great for unwinding. The restaurant right across the street (Styx) was awesome with tasty food and friendly staff. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The situation of the property gave us easy access to the town, the river, Abel Tasman and more. We stayed for six nights and felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in April’s home. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and April was most accomodating of our changing needs keeping good lines of communication open. I would ask to stay at her place again should we decide to holiday in Nelson again.

We had a perfect 1 month stay at Sally's place and we are already planning our return! The cottage was outfitted with everything you could need in a home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pantry staples and enough pots/pans for preparing regular meals and baking too. The garden was in full bloom during our Dec/Jan stay and it was so pleasing to unwind among the various flowers, especially the lovely rose bush. The proximity to hiking/biking trails all around nelson was so convenient, and after picking up a transit card at the library we easily caught the bus right outside Sally's place to grab food at 1 of 4 different supermarkets in the town center, less than a 5 min ride away.

Great find last minute! Right on the bay with lovely surroundings. Quiet neighborhood, with walking track along the beach right at the door Great base to explore Golden bay.

Great place! More of a home atmosphere. Terry and Jude met us at the entrance to the garage and took us to their place. Gave us great details. Good to have the split AC units in the bedrooms.The shipping docks were fun to watch loading and unloading. The elevator was not working to floors 4-5 so carrying our luggage was a bit of a adventure but overall great place to stay!
