Vacation rentals with lake access in Tallahassee

One of may favorite stays ever. This place is booming with nature! Owls singing at dusk, tons of frogs singing at night, hummingbirds in the morning and many fish to catch in the pond. Was treated to the sight of a shy, baby gator meandering along the shoreline late afternoons. Ann has thought of everything here. Every little detail is covered, especially if you have forgotten anything to bring with you. The duck/chicken eggs were a nice surprise (which I totally forgot to take with me 😥) and she even had some delicious homemade chocolate pecan bars sitting on the counter for me upon my arrival! (chef's kiss). Such an amazing cottage tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Book it!

Very well kept place. Shelly was responsive when I reached out to her. Would recommend a Keurig, but that's the worst thing I can say.

We have stayed at Terri’s house for FSU homecoming for 2 years now and it has been wonderful! We have a big family with kids, grandkids and one great grand so finding a place to fit us all can be difficult! The house is perfect for us or any other big family!

We were visiting family in the area for the month. They live south of town but work in Tallahassee so this was a great centralized location. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the month. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the unit felt very private. Susan is an excellent host, very attentive when we had questions and she even provided thoughtful treats for our arrival!

This place was absolutely amazing! We wished we had stayed more than a weekend! The house was super clean, the lake view and back area was incredible, and the community itself was super cool! We fished all weekend and caught a bunch of fish. They don’t list this but they have 2 kayaks for you to use too! We’ve stayed in MANY airbnbs over the years and I’ve never seen them stock drinks and snacks so we thought that was a nice touch too!! Loved this place!!!!

Fantastic location. Close to FSU but away from it all. The views are so peaceful. We will be back for sure!

the place is just amazing quiet and peaceful surroundings.. kids enjoyed fishing from dock on the lake .. house was laid back and has everything u need rite there .. kavon was always checking in to make sure we were fine and didn't need anything.. it snowed well we were there added bonus for sure .. we will definitely be back next year ..best place around for sure ... if u want peace and relaxation and a place to fish and close to Tallahassee this is the place for sure ... thanks kavon again for making our stay perfect

We had an amazing 4 night stay at this beautiful southern home. It has everything you can imagine, including the game room with multiple games including pool & the ring game to name a few of our favorites. They have a huge TV that we watched the football games on with a beautiful fully stocked kitchen for cooking overlooking the family room. We were able to grill hamburgers and hotdogs in the expansive private backyard that walks out to a serene dock that overlooks the lake which we enjoyed taking in the views while enjoying a glass of wine. We took the golf cart out and stopped at the pond down the street and caught a few bass before heading back and spotting a deer, rabbit, a huge hawk and we had wild turkeys show up in their backyard on Thanksgiving morning! We enjoyed all the views from the multiple outside balconies. Travis and Desta are incredible hosts and not only reply immediately to any questions we had but also provided all of the comforts of home! We’ll be back!
