Monthly Rentals in Takapuna Beach

Leslie’s place is amazing, comfortable and a little home from home. This is the second time we’ve been here and it never disappoints. Wonderful hosts and would fully recommend.

The studio was an oasis of calm, quiet, luxurious, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast supplies were generous and delicious. We slept well in a comfortable bed with high quality linens. The beach was just a few steps away, perfect for an evening stroll, or relaxing in the sun. It was the perfect spot for our autumn breakaway, and I would highly recommend Paula’s place for location, comfort and convenience..

Karla was super nice and professional. We liked the location so much that we will definitely come back. It's close to lots of restaurants, cafes and beaches. We stayed at Karla's accomodation with our two small foxes and they loved it for the same reasons as we did . There's a cute courtyard as a part of the accomodation and they absolutely loved soaking up the sun during the day while I was working inside. There's also a dog beach 2 mins drive from the accomodation where you are welcome with your dog any time all year round. That beach is connected with Takapuna beach and at the low tide it's the most beautiful walk I've done in Auckland. The accommodation had everything we needed and was really nice and tidy. Karla also checked on us and asked if everything was OK for us and the dogs which was super nice. Thanks! We will come back:)

A lovely apartment close to everything. Location is unbeatable. Walking to the beach takes only 5 minutes, and to Takapuna town only 10 minutes. Inside apartment, it’s very cozy and clean. It could get a bit hot in summer, but the AC in living room and fan in bedroom works well. Kitchen even has a small espresso machine which is a very nice touch. Host is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting Takapuna!
