They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like freshly baked bread and homemade jam, which were a real treat. The accommodations were perfect - fully equipped with everything we needed and in an unbeatable location right across the road from the beach. Our family had an amazing time and we can't thank Nel & Lorne enough for making our stay so special. We highly recommend their place!

Loved this homely comfortable unit. Well maintained and clean. The balcony offered ever changing views of the Derwent. The below beach was an added bonus. Good location, close to casino, coffee and shops. Looking forward to going back.

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

We love Lara's place in Bicheno. This was the second time we stayed in Lara's house. It is a beautiful spot and the house is so well appointed. It all makes for a very relaxing stay!

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The house is spacious and very comfortable — perfect for traveling with family. It had everything we needed, just like being at home. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location gave us easy access to explore around Port Arthur. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay.

Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.
