The room has a unique art style, the host is very welcoming and fully equipped with amenities and a perfect stay.In particular, it is reflected in the service of our guests. During our 4-day stay, we had a sudden illness at 4 am, and the host quickly rushed to take us to the Royal Hommat Hospital for emergency.Very prompt and effective treatment.Really appreciate it!Along the way.

This place in eagle hawk nest is gorgeous. Perfect for a getaway in walking distance to the beach and nature all around you. The living room views and balcony are 2nd to none. Recommend to anyone looking to escape the city life! Thanks Nick!

We had a wonderful stay at Michaels place, the surroundings were beautiful to be able to walk the dogs through the reserve and the property was wonderful. The house felt homely, the bed was really comfortable and the location is so peaceful. Both the hosts were wonderful to communicate with and very helpful and kind which made out stay even better. Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will stay again in the future!

The cottage was an amazing place to relax and unwind. It was peaceful and private and the reality matched the description of the property perfectly. The cottage was clean and provided all the comforts of home. The fireplace kept us warm and the bed was very comfortable. Bryan was a great host, we really enjoyed our time only negative, it wasn’t long enough!

Rob is an excellent host. We asked if we could push back the day of arrival by a day due to weather, Rob was more than happy to accommodate this request. The house was clean, check in by Karen was easy with loads of advice on the local area. The place had a communal BBQ which we used. Great location very close to the beach. Swansea is a great little town. Would definitely return for longer.

It was our second stay at Winkle Shack, this time with another couple and they loved it as much as we did. We felt right at home, the shack is very well equipped and decorated with great taste. The location is peaceful, perfect to visit the peninsula, there are lots of beautiful beaches, walks and of course Port Arthur. Thank you Rhys and Linda for sharing your little piece of paradise. We will be back :-)

We stayed at Franklin recently for a State rowing regatta. It was conveniently located to the Rowing Club & perfect for our group. It had all the amenities we needed for the stay. Thanks Emma!

An absolutely stunning property in a beautiful old town. The thought and care put into the amenities, the floral arrangements and whole experience are second to none. We loved using the hot tub, cycling around the town on the bikes provided and spending the evening toasting marshmallows over the fire. Can’t wait to go back!

Kat’s place was the perfect place for us in Hobart. We could easily walk into the CBD and to the foreshore. The house was clean, tidy and inviting with all natural light coming through the big glass windows/door. Would recommend Kat’s place to anyone visiting Hobart.

Skye’s residence was a wonderful choice to enjoy the holiday season with family - a peaceful spot being only a short stroll to Hobart CBD / restaurants area!

We had a great stay at Opossum’s - the view from the house was lovely, and is a good location within walking distance of the jetty, beach, co-op and playground. The house was comfortable and clean, and we would love to stay again!

The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay in this beautiful spot. Very clean and comfortable. So peaceful sitting on the deck listening to the birds & watching the potoroos in the evening. A great place for a quiet retreat. Thank you Sheila & Griff

I have stayed at Above the Waves many many times and I find it a therapeutic pleasure to visit. I can't do justice in describing how peaceful and beautiful the area is. Liz is a fabulous host who understands the magic that her guests experience when staying at Above the Waves. There is no other air BnB I know that is quite like this place!

Lemon Tree was a great place for my family and I to spend the holidays - with a relaxed, shacky vibe it's just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and an easy stroll down the coast to an epic playground. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in, and the bathroom was serviceable.

We had the most delightful stay in Sophie’s cottage. It was so peaceful, with a lovely outlook of the mill at the back of the property . The cottage was very authentic and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfy and the bedlinen was of very high quality. We really appreciated the little wood heater in the front sitting area being set for us. The location was brilliant and we enjoyed many relaxing walks around the township. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We definitely recommend Sophie’s cottage and we will certainly return.

Rob and Nicky’s place is beautiful, clean and comfortable with breakfast provisions and little extras that add to the experience. The best part is the beautiful views from the windows and the accompanying wildlife. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to a future visit when we have more time to enjoy the area further.

Wow, this place is incredible. Such an incredibly cosy place where we walked in and felt like we were relaxed straight away. The view is a show stopper and so special. The hosts have thought of everything, and HAVE everything too. We had a few sunny days lounging on the deck and swimming in the ocean, and a rainy night where we lit the fire and curled up on the couch watching some Netflix. Highly recommend, thanks for having us!

We loved Natalie’s cottage! Ample heating and cooling options, plenty of fresh clean towels, blankets, pristine linen and a very comfortable bed. Great water pressure! Natalie was simply an amazing host- cannot fault her one bit. She communicated well throughout our stay, put beautiful little touches throughout the cottage such as fresh flowers (anda few lovely Christmas decorations given the time of year of our stay) and was very responsive to any request we had. There is a lovely inviting bakery cafe across the road - literally a 30 second walk from the front door- with substantial meals and beautiful baked goods on offer. A short stroll to Kmart, Coles, Woolies, and a few pubs and restaurants. The heart of Hobart is under 4kms away, reach it with a quick scooter ride, a healthy walk (about 40 mins if you can keep a brisk pace!) or a cheap Uber ($10-$15). Very picturesque with mountain views out the front door. Finally, inexpensive to stay, a bargain really! Thanks Natalie!!!!

We stayed in Shelley's home for 2 nights during our 1 month trip around Australia. She was quick to respond to any questions. I will say this though, whatever you see in the photos, it is way nicer in person. It is a gorgeous character home and you can tell a lot of love has gone into it. It was spotlessly clean too. Other than a couple design choices, I would not change anything! Great place and we would not hesitate to book again. (And I am hard to please)

Ellis Cottage was the perfect home for my family for Christmas. The location was great, no issues with parking. The home is exactly like the photos. Kitchen well appointed, including the large fridge/freezer for Christmas Day cooking! Phillip provided restaurant and activity recommendations. If we come back to Hobart as a large group we will definitely stay here again!
